Company refused to provide per-box estimate and stated they don't actually do the work, they just match you up with a local provider. I am not able to make a decision about how much scanning and shredding to do at one time without understanding their unit pricing so this was very unhelpful. UPDATE: they called back and agreed to arrange that their local companies contact me with more detailed unit pricing information.

I spent several minutes describing my job. They never got back to me.

I received a call almost immediately after submitting my request online. I did note I'd prefer to be contact via email instead of over the phone, and that wasn't done, but the timeliness was impressive.

The service was really helpful. I received excellent customer services. The customer service representative that help me with my request she was really friendly and really helpful. After putting my request I received an e-mail right after the call with the potential contacts and companies of the services I was looking for. Overall everything was excellent. Will recommend this services no doubt.

Shane answered my initial questions, but I was not told that individual contractor would be calling me. I did receive a list of contractors after i received a call from one of the contractors on the list. I think that the use of individual contractor should be disclosed

The last time I called they never got me the quote I requested. However, this time I talked to a very nice lady and she sent me a confirmation email right away. I would give past experiences 3 stars but I'm giving 5 stars because of her.

I had a very good experience with them. They contacted me within 10 minutes and were very professional.

Great service and quick response from company

I place the request yesterday. Today somebody from the main office call and told me that today the rep will be calling me.

I ask you for help and you give me nonesense. Completely useless

Easy to use, but only received 2 of 4 quotes from regional companies.

The only thing I have to rate at this point is Shane who took my incoming phone call and answered all my questions. She was professional, fun, informative, friendly and helpful. I was very impressed and feel if she is an indicator of your services, I will be well pleased!

Very fast with Initial contact

I did a search for document scanning companies, & Fort Worth Scanning & Records came up as fortworthscanningservice.com. The right side has a Contact Us section, so I filled it out. A week later, I had no reply, so I called them. I was told someone would contact me to discuss my situation. So they just assign jobs to other companies.
An email showed me that Odyssey would call me.
Strange. So FW Scanning doesn't do it, but Odyssey in Dallas does.

The woman I spoke with quickly and effectively connected me with the nearest and most appropriate scanning company working with Record Nations. She did a fine job.

The response time was less than 15 minutes. They found three companies that would be sending me quotes based upon information that I sent them. They called me with some questions for clarification. The companies that they found for me contacted me promtly also.

The personnel were knowledgeable, articulate, and prompt.
This would be my first recommendation for digital charting
