I've spent four weeks waiting for this company to clarify why they want to scalp me for $15 to ship 12 tiny nuts that can be sent for $2 in a first class envelope, along with $30 (!!) for the nuts. Every interaction takes a week. These people are incompetent id*ots. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

Sales staff helped me pick exactly the rack and accessories for my application, and even though they couldn't sell me a separate item that I wanted (a printer cart) they were able to directly me a local sales agent who was. Helpful, cheaper than I thought it would be, and the pre-assembly means you can roll it off the truck and into your computer room.

The products were the correct solution for my needs. Rack components were high quality, strong, and well priced.

Warning for Canadian customers, was shipped by UPS and required customs brokerage fees which added an extra $53 to the price.

Visited the local showroom in Dallas, TX. Talked one on one with Laura. She showed my all the different solutions that would best suit my needs. Got some of my order the same day and the rest was shipped out to me.

Awesome variety of products to solve any racking/stacking situation. It's amazing where people expect us to magically install gear but I always know that Rackmount Solutions has something to solve it for me. My first stop!

One of the few companies left who truly care about theur customers. I have never experienced such wonderful customer service. Throughout my entire purchase, Rackmount was there. They answered questions, showed me equivalent alternatives, went out of their way to make sure I was happy, even if it meant losing a sale. I could have purchases my rack for a little cheaper of a price from another company, but they never replied to my email!!!! With Rackmount, I'd get a response usually within the hour of sending an email. My customer manager even got me free shipping and because of this, I think I ended up paying less than I would have from the other company. Rackmount truly cares about their customers and not only treat them as humans, but they treat them as friends!!!!

Keep doing what you do. Good communications with emailing order and shipping updated. Good job getting the order out the door within 24hous

Excellent vendor. Good website design. Additional information available if desired. Good customer service. Good attitude over the phone as well. I will return again the next time I need these products. Fast shipping and good follow-thru which is almost a lost art in the days.

The wall mount rack I received was of high quality and easy to assemble. The team at RackMount Solutions answered a number of questions I had prior to the sale with ease. Thank you.

Their shipper was horrible. Product was delivered as specified by Rackmount earlier than estimated, but the product sat in a transfer facility for a week + because the shipper was incompetent. We had to spend the money to pick up the product at the transfer facility because of this, which cost the project time and money. This isn't directly attributed to Rachmount, but it was still a black eye on the project.

Website was easy to use and follow. Ordering was simple and straightforward. Products arrived in a timely fashion.
