I would highly recommend this course, whether you are planning a career in recovery coaching, are in recovery, are a loved one of someone struggling with addiction or in recovery, a professional in this field, or just wanting to learn more about addiction recovery you will get a lot out of this course. As someone in recovery voluntary working with others struggling with addiction or in recovery and working with commissioners to improve drug and alcohols services etc I learnt a lot to help me to continue to do this to the best of my ability. I took the RCP training (all modules on the Recovery Coaching Professionalism pathway) and I was absolutely impressed with the content, organizational smoothness and quality standards upheld by Naetha and Calliese.
All the sessions were infused with authenticity, great educational resources, up to date information, honesty and professionalism. I would definitely recommend it as a self-actualizing program for those who want to understand better and confidently operate in the areas of recovery and addiction.

I've done the 5-Day Coach training, as well as the 3-day Ethics training with CCAR. I highly recommend this organisation - they are thoughtful, supportive, and well-organised. The trainings were effective and useful.

This was a fantastic course and the facilitators did an amazing job of making sure everyone felt comfortable to make the most out of the learning experience and feel part of a community. It was a very engaging course, with a great bunch of people and very relevant content. I would highly recommend.

I just completed the five-day course. I am a therapist. I learnt new things and the role of a Recovery Coach. The course is structured clearly, it offers a safe space to express ourselves, and the assignments are designed to provoke your thoughts. I highly recommend the course even if you don't want to become a recovery Coach. It can be added to the CPD folder.

I recently completed the 5-Day Recovery Coach Training with Calliese and Neetha, and it was one of the most engaging and inspiring professional development experiences I’ve had. Their mother–daughter facilitation brought a perfect balance of structure, compassion, and authenticity to every session.

The training provided not only a solid grounding in recovery coaching principles, but also the space for deep personal reflection and skill development. I especially valued the emphasis on multiple pathways to recovery, cultural humility, and motivational interviewing techniques — all of which are directly relevant to my current practice and my progression toward becoming a Reframe Coaching trainer.

Absolutely incredible course! I learned so much, about my own biases, multiple pathways of recovery, privilege, power, and asking the right questions. It didn’t feel like a course at all, more like meeting kindred spirits in a safe, welcoming space. Both facilitators, Naetha and Calliese, were amazing, warm, knowledgeable, and inspiring. I left feeling empowered, motivated, and excited to keep learning. Highly recommend!

This was truly the best course I have taken part in. Calliese and Naetha were really welcoming and created a really safe space. The group as a whole were really amazing, and even though it was only 5 days, I felt like I became very comfortable with everyone. I have left this course feeling more confident in myself, I faced my fears and anxieties, and feel more than ready to keep pushing forward. I look forward to continuing to learn, and going down the professional route. I found the last day quite emotional, it had such a lovely feel about it.
