Best brush I've ever ordered for my dog, ( bearded collie) even though its for a horse.
LeMieux Tangle Tidy Plus Mane and Tail Brush - it was a good price and arrived quickly. I've no complaints about this company.

Great for large range of girth sizes
I had been searching for a specific girth size,which redpost equestrian lucky had in stock. It was the only place I could get the size from I'd been to riding stores and searched online to no avail. Thank you was delivered before time too!!!

Chloe spent the best part of an hour today helping me buy an air jacket. I have never had a body protector before and knew next to nothing about them. She was extremely patient, very knowledgeable and helpful. Every time I go to Redpost I get excellent service.

VERY POOR SERVICE
Having placed an order on their website and the items were marked as 'in stock in warehouse'. Then when the email confirmation came through it said it would take EIGHT days until despatch! I called them after a few days to ask why it takes so long to despatch. I was informed that if it says 'in stock in warehouse', it means it is (supposed to be) in stock at the 'supplier's warehouse' and not their warehouse! I then received an email NINE days later to say one of the items I ordered was not in stock!!! Not wishing to deal with this company again, I cancelled the order and placed an order elsewhere for the same items, also with a far better experience. So I will definitely not be purchasing anything from REDPOST again!

Items that display as 'in warehouse' need to be ordered in from our supplier and are shown as available via live stockfeeds, on this occasion there was a very unfortunate stock error and the item did not arrive with the rest of our shipment, we understand how disappointing this was and as soon as our team were made aware of the issue we reached out with alternative options or a refund. We are incredibly sorry to have let you down with this order and we assure you everything was done to try and reduce the impact this would have. Purchase of wellies
I wanted to purchase some Le Chameau wellies and went directly to their website. However, these wellies are rather expensive and I couldn't afford the whole amount in one go, so I was hoping to pay by Klarna. Alas, Le Chameau do not allow purchases with Klarna :( I was thrilled to find the exact wellies I wanted on the Redpost site and even more thrilled to find they accepted Klarna. Fast delivery too! I would not recommend purchasing an…
I would not recommend purchasing an Equipe Emporio Crank Noseband Removable Flash Bridle - Brown/Silver. The bridle is quite petite in style (but not small sized as referenced in reply from Redpost), more suitable for fine headed horses, but most importantly the leather is of poor quality. Equipe typically produces products with superior leather but this one falls way short of the mark. I took a chance due to past experience with Equipe leather goods, but it was a huge mistake. Unfortunately, the cost to return an international shipment far outweighs the refund.

We are incredibly sorry to hear the product you have purchased from us is not suitable. This is not feedback we have had on this product before but we will make sure to provide this on to our suppliers and the manufacturer. The Equipe Emporio Crank Noseband Removable Flash Bridle is one from their stater range and different leathers are used between the ranges, some of their other styles feature the thicker rolled leather. From past feedback from this bridle we haven't heard of it being small fitting but we will pass this back to the maufacturer unfortunately all bridles can fit slightly different depending on the varying facial structure of each horse. We appreciate international shipping costs can be quite high and we do absorb some of the shipping costs when sending abroad, unfortunately we are not currently in a position to cover the costs of international returns. I believe our team have provided a quote for the return shipment using one of our couriers and if you would like to proceed with the return via this method please do let us know and our team will assist you.

Redpost Equestrian offers a wide selection of products with competitive prices, and their customer service is helpful. While the dispatch and delivery are fast, I've noticed that their clothing line has become too flashy for my taste, leading to fewer purchases in that department. Overall, a decent experience, but there's room for improvement.
