The customer support from online equine was some of the best I've ever experienced. I was late to order some essential kit for an upcoming riding holiday, and when I realised the boots weren't going to arrive in time, I rang to see if we could find a solution. Francesca, who I spoke to, couldn't have been gone out of her way more to help. In the end, she arranged for three pairs of boots to come in various sizes and by various mean, so that I had what I needed. I'm so grateful - and had the best holiday as a result! The boots are great too, really comfortable, and exactly what I needed. Huge thanks all round - that personal touch, with so much care and thought - makes all the difference!
ORDER NEVER RECEIVED!!
Order placed over 2 weeks ago, still not dispatched despite chasing this on the phone and being promised it would be dispatched over 5 days ago. Wouldn’t recommend,you are better supporting other websites who actually dispatch items.

Dreadful mucker boots
I purchased some mucker boots. I could see their size conversion table was incorrect as I'm uk size 7 / EU 41. I have been since age 12 and I'm now 68. Their table said 41 was size 8. I placed an order for size 8 and wasn't worried if they came up big as extra socks are often needed in the cold months. They arrived promptly yesterday. I wore them today. The length is very tight, certainly not size 8, my big toe pressing against the front of the boot. I put them beside my old pair, different make, size 7s. These new boots are shorter in the foot length than my old size 7s. They were very hard to get on as there is a ridge just above the ankle that caught my heel. I foolishly wore them out to my paddock. I came back in after only 20 minutes due to the pain from various bits sticking into me. I'll donate them to charity with a health warning and recommend best for someone with size 6 feet.

There is a rewards programme but this can be very temperamental when claiming reward vouchers so I have never managed to use it for money off my order.
Good prices and delivery
I bought a few items from these recently. Found through a straight forward online search and prices were competitive in comparison to other retailers. Delivery dates were very transparent and it was made clear to me that items would not be dispatched until everything in my order was ready top dispatch as one. This was absolutely fine as was made clear to me from the outset. Would definitely shop with these again.

I bought a lemieux breast plate for my horse back in may and it was delivered quickly and I have been using it over the past months but not often due to my horse being treated for mild kissing spine, when she was brought back into work the part that attaches to her reins broke and the metal clip just wasn’t staying closed as a result this was of no use as kept coming off. I contacted online for equine and straight away they replied that they were going to contact the manufacturer to enquire about the problem. Within days they had got back to me and told me it was a fault and I had no reason to return the product and that they would be sending me out a new breastplate free of charge. The matter was dealt with so swiftly and easily with no hassle to myself whatsoever. Great customer service and will be buying all my products from them in the future.
Great prices and great service to match …
Found these guys via simple google search. Their prices were amongst the best and free or reasonable delivery. Plus good returns policy if not suitable. Well just had my first order delivered Royal Mail Tracked24 and quicker than estimated at time of order. Well packed.
Will be using them again I am sure.
Terrible communication and delivery
I placed an order on the 8 January, it is now the 16th with no delivery or communication as to when the item will arrive. I have tried contacting the company with no success.

I purchased a wheel barrow
I purchased a wheel barrow, a few weeks after I started using it the tire started to delaminate. I have sent pictures but they are still asking for details that are either not relevant or things they already know such as the order date despite having my order number so they can look it up themselves. I did receive a voice message saying that a wheel with suitable tire would be sent as a replacement but it seems they have gone back on their word. In the meantime, I am still a wheel barrow short! I have threatened small claims court action, lets see if that puts the wheels in motion, I would proceed with caution and question the validity of the self certified ratings on their website.

It's so rare these days to find a company that are genuinely helpful and personable. Every time i've needed to speak to someone, there has been a person at the end of the phone and they are always so friendly and kind. Thank you for making my Christmas easier not harder. Would highly recommend.

I placed an order for over £100 on the 29th November 2025 all for my Granddaughter’s birthday.
Yes I have received emails from this company after I chased my order up but I
have still not received anything … and been told that 2 of the items are out of stock …
It is now the 15th December .. one disappointed Grandaughter and the company only offered to exchange any items free of charge … when would that arrive? … Easter!
Extremely poor service and still not received any part of my order so I would not recommend and definitely would not order anything from this company again!
