Product as described price very competitive despatch a little slow very well packaged would use again

The shop is well done but all the rest is so sloppy. I can barely talk with them. Why don't you change the live support with something more GENUINE?!

I bought a Le Mieux jacket from them in Oct and returned it because the zip failed They were really helpful, easy to deal with and very apologetic for the inconvenience. I received a full refund very quickly, they covered the postage cost and I didn't have to deal with the manufacturer. Will definitely use them again - excellent customer service.

Great customer service, ordered a pair of boots but they didn't fit, Francesca then suggested other styles and options that may be better so I returned the original pair hassle free and the replacement pair arrived a few days later. Great communication at all stages. Would recommend and would buy from again :-) @

Purchased the Alessandra boot, they are lovely. I had questions after my purchase and the lady in customer services was so helpful and prompt in her reply. Thank you Francesca, in a world where you can go round in circles trying to get an answer from a company, you are a shining example of great and easy customer service. Ordered from here with the knowledge that the grooming kit box was due to come back in stock and as per their website, dispatch would be between 7 - 14 days from order date.

First of all, I never received an order confirmation (this should have been red flag #1). I had to email twice to chase an order confirmation (red flag #2).

14 days pass and I've still had no update or dispatch email. I emailed to request an update or a refund on day 14 or 15 to be told they are due stock in that day and they will send my order on their special delivery. I had also ordered a curry comb and lead rope, that on their website, claimed to be in stock. There was no offer to send out these items separately.

4 days later, I've still no update or delivery. Had to request a refund.

Not really sure why you're still taking peoples money for items that are not in stock or accepting orders for items not in stock when you cannot stick to your own dates, that you provided, on your own website.

I will say that after chasing an email confirmation, the response times have been good but I will not be ordering from here again. If you actually want to receive the items you've paid for, I suggest you don't order from here either.
