Great customer service
I placed an online order then saw something else I wanted. Emailed to ask if I could add it to my order and received a prompt reply to let me know it could be done. Thank you so much, it saved me having to pay postage. Great customer service from Francesca, nothing was too much trouble.

The customer service were great I needed to ensure my parcel arrived by a certain date so emailed them and they ensured it was delivered by 1pm on a Saturday. Nothing was too much trouble and always replied.

On line for equine went the extra mile to help advise which bit to choose and made every effort for it to arrive with next day delivery.

Update:
Online for Equine responded with a genuine comment and I do feel that they are being let down as a company by Royal Mail which could have an affect on their business, Royal Mail need to get their act in order, I personally don’t use them
The staff at Online for Equine have been superb in how they have dealt with my delivery issue. They have gone above and beyond to resolve the problem. As a result I will definitely be buying from these guys again

Highly recommend this company
Highly recommend this company. I had a problem with a purchase (manufacturing issue) and the response has been spot on..... Prompt, efficient and polite but friendly. I would not hesitate to use them in the future and would definitely recommend.
