I bought a lemieux breast plate for my horse back in may and it was delivered quickly and I have been using it over the past months but not often due to my horse being treated for mild kissing spine, when she was brought back into work the part that attaches to her reins broke and the metal clip just wasn’t staying closed as a result this was of no use as kept coming off. I contacted online for equine and straight away they replied that they were going to contact the manufacturer to enquire about the problem. Within days they had got back to me and told me it was a fault and I had no reason to return the product and that they would be sending me out a new breastplate free of charge. The matter was dealt with so swiftly and easily with no hassle to myself whatsoever. Great customer service and will be buying all my products from them in the future.

Found these guys via simple google search. Their prices were amongst the best and free or reasonable delivery. Plus good returns policy if not suitable. Well just had my first order delivered Royal Mail Tracked24 and quicker than estimated at time of order. Well packed.
Will be using them again I am sure.

I placed an order on the 8 January, it is now the 16th with no delivery or communication as to when the item will arrive. I have tried contacting the company with no success.

I purchased a wheel barrow, a few weeks after I started using it the tire started to delaminate. I have sent pictures but they are still asking for details that are either not relevant or things they already know such as the order date despite having my order number so they can look it up themselves. I did receive a voice message saying that a wheel with suitable tire would be sent as a replacement but it seems they have gone back on their word. In the meantime, I am still a wheel barrow short! I have threatened small claims court action, lets see if that puts the wheels in motion, I would proceed with caution and question the validity of the self certified ratings on their website.

It's so rare these days to find a company that are genuinely helpful and personable. Every time i've needed to speak to someone, there has been a person at the end of the phone and they are always so friendly and kind. Thank you for making my Christmas easier not harder. Would highly recommend.

I placed an order for over £100 on the 29th November 2025 all for my Granddaughter’s birthday.
Yes I have received emails from this company after I chased my order up but I
have still not received anything … and been told that 2 of the items are out of stock …
It is now the 15th December .. one disappointed Grandaughter and the company only offered to exchange any items free of charge … when would that arrive? … Easter!
Extremely poor service and still not received any part of my order so I would not recommend and definitely would not order anything from this company again!

Spent £145, 2 and a half weeks later no delivery and can’t get through to anyone, going to have one very sad little girl!

Edit- since writing this review my parcel arrived the day after, item was too big so I phoned them and Francesca was amazing on the phone and sorted a new one to be sent out immediately and went above and beyond.

Order is late, they only use Shop for tracking which means installing an app and even then you don't get a tracking number. No reply to emails and after over an hour waiting on hold, no answer on the phone either. I now wish to cancel my order but have no way to do so.

EDIT: Since you replied to my review, I've had a message to say you've shipped it so presumably it's now too late to cancel but I will not be at home to receive anything this week which is why I ordered when I did O4E-89860

Ordered 3 items on 10.06.25 and delivery was very quick, as well as with previous orders. Quality of items is good.

I bought two pairs of shoes from online equine. Unfortunately one had a fault, the others were fine. However, the customer service was absolutely exemplary. They did not hesitate to replace my faulty shoe for free and it arrived within days. Exceptional service and I wouldn’t hesitate to buy again from them.

Their prices are very competitive and the website is easy to use. Update on despatch was very slick and the whole process was straightforward and trouble free.

I ordered a Le Mieux Loire dressage pad in ember last Wednesday and it was delivered on Saturday! It was priced £15 cheaper than Amazon and Le Mieux's own site. I am totally delighted with the item which came properly wrapped, but not wastefully so, delivered by our lovely postman on Saturday morning! First rate service in every department. Thank you
