Frais de ports vers la France très onéreux majorés en plus d'une taxe à la réception. Cela a gâché ma commande.
Le produit réceptionné est néanmoins de bonne qualité mais l'emballage peu soigneux. Par chance mon produit n'était pas abimé à réception.

Thank you for taking your time to leave us a review, we appreciate the feedback as this is what helps us improve our service. We understand that international delivery costs can be quite high and we do pay a percentage of these shipping costs. Whilst we would prefer it lower, the cost of £12.95 to ship from the UK to France is as low as we can expect right now. I suspect it is the custom charges that you found expensive. Unfortunately, we are unable to control custom charges and they can vary greatly between different countries, we do state these are applicable on our delivery page. If you have any concerns regarding customs your government website should be able to help. Please note that you do have UK tax removed from your order at checkout which you then pay at your local rate when delivered.

We are sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the packaging of the parcel, we will make sure this is raised with our warehouse team, if you have any photos of the packing we would be very grateful to see these, we would kindly ask you email these over to info@redpostequestrian.co.uk for our team to take a further look in to your order.

The amount of times…

The amount of times you arrive instore and staff ignore you as a customer and their is a member of staff that will avoid to do any customer facing work as possible. No member of the team have a warm genuine smile on their faces. Despite spending upwards of £100 every 1-2weeks on feed and other items. Have Raised my Concerns with Sophie and even asked to speak to Louise Tuff to air these concerns with the MD, but was denied this opportunity. would like to try and find another supplier that can fit my needs. Thank your reply to my review but no contact name was left to be able to discuss my concerns with you ?

I am very surprised to hear that you have been denied the opportunity to discuss these concerns, this will be investigated, it would only be omission rather than intentional. Paid for next day

Paid for next day, but it wasn't dispatched for 5 days, so pointless.
One bucket handle ripped just taking one bucket out of the other.
Overall terrible experience.

Hi Rosie. Did the basket, checkout and order confirmation state that you had an item in your basket that was "In Warehouse"? This should clearly display how many days delay there would be and also when you are choosing your shipping options there will be an estimated date shown for when it is delivered. Next Day delivery at this point is referring to being sent on a Next Day service when the item is ready to despatch (and will have the estimated date of delivery).
Please could you check your order confirmation to see if it states the delay? If it does then this would have also been noted throughout the ordering process. If it doesn't then please accept our heartfelt apologies, our next day shipping is very important to us as we know as equestrians ourselves just how vital this service is. I look forward to hearing from you either way.

I hope you also raised this issue directly with us so we could assist you with it.

Been using Redpost for years

Been using Redpost for years , in all that time this is the first I’ve had to return an item. Reading the instructions and states don’t send anything back unless you’ve notified them, I did and they’ve referred me back to the initial page . Also you have to print your own returns and own label, which only covers a certain size of parcel and then they deduct you £4 from your refund to cover cost of label . Will be me off ordering again as sometimes items are just not what you thought they’d be like . I don’t have a printer

It sounds like you have been caught with some conflicting information here so firstly, sorry about that. You don't need to contact us before returning an item. You can use the information on the returns page of our website to arrange your return fully. I am not sure where it might have said you need to contact us, but please if you do have time could you let me know as I would like to investigate.

I have checked with our customer service team and it looks like they let you know that the paperwork does not need printing if you do not have a printer and the label can be done with a QR code when you get to the post office.

By coincidence we have been looking at our returns process and will be making further changes to it over the coming weeks to make it more convenient and simpler to process. We hope you like the changes should you choose to order again from us.
