I love the Shires Tempest Original Mesh Cooler Rug I got but I ordered my horses size 72 and it's a little small on my mare
I love Stubbs S500 Saddle Mate my saddle fits really well on it and it's nice I can store stuff under it. Shires Tempest Original Lite Turnout Rug with neck. I love it but it says teal. When I got it. The color is navy

Bad bad bad shopping online experience
I bought some products on the website and filled in the delivery address and information truthfully.I paid the bill according to the calculated price on the website. The shipping cost of my parcel was included in the bill I paid. Then about four days later, I received an email from the website, which told me that they could not ship the product I ordered because it was overweight, and even if I refund part of the product and the weight dropped to the standard of shipping, I still had to pay a lot of extra shipping cost. I really do not understand why I need to pay extra shipping cost since I already paid the bill the website give me.And there is no instruction or notice gave me during the process of paying which indicated there might be some shipping cost mistake.And after 3 days waiting for my parcel the website just send me an email told me I need to do some refund and pay a lot of shipping cost to get my parcel.

We strive to keep shipping costs as low as possible however due to the size and weight of some orders additional charges cannot be avoided. Each parcel we dispatch internationally is calculated on weight and size and this following sentence that is located on our delivery page on our website explains -
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
As the size and weight of our items varies significantly we may on occasions request additional shipping fees on international orders. This will be done with your consent and we will not take any further payments after the item has been sent. If, when you are contacted, you do not wish to pay the additional shipping cost then a full refund will be offered. This will only happen on rare occasions when orders are significantly heavy or large.
We appreciate that international delivery costs can be quite high and we do pay a percentage of these shipping costs, however, as we are a small family run business we are not in a position to absorb it all, perhaps in the future we will be able to cover this. If you wish to find out if in the future your order will need additional shipping, please feel free to contact us via email to arrange a shipping quote before purchasing and our team will assist you.

Redpost is my favorite place to order from. I’ve purchased items from a variety of places both in the US and Europe - but nothing compares to the. Customer service ive gotten from Redpost. The team is highly communicative, incredible at updating you on orders (especially when they are waiting for an item from a supplier), and always have more stock than stores in the US (likely due to their supplier network). The shipping is lightning fast, even international. I cannot wait to keep ordering from Redpost! I share the tip with all my horsey friends!

Great supplier I always use them for Horsey items.
Great supplier I always use them for salt licks for my 5 horses. We have diff size horses who all share as a herd so we buy big and small salt licks for diff heights on the gates.
Also have ordered other items as well such as grooming kits items and mineral licks.
Always super quick service and great customer care.
Prices are also very competitive which is a big draw when you have so many horses to please!

Amazing shop!
Fantastic customer service! I had to return the riding helmet twice and the service was so fast! It's also so easy to make a return and I didn't have to print anything. The online chat is super fast and I don't have to wait for long or talk to a bot.
I highly recommend this shop! Lovely customer service and they really do care about you getting the right things for you.
