Delivered on time.
I ordered a riding hat for my daughter over the weekend, I was told the ordered would be dispatched on Monday and arrive on Tuesday. On the day I had an email and text to say the hat would arrive between 10.25 and 11.25 and it was delivered at 11.05. The communication was great and everything promised was delivered. The riding hat is perfect too.

I love RedPost!! They are the best horse shopping website. They carry all the basic horse needs and all my favorite brands! I live in Alaska and we don’t have tack shops here and they shop directly to me for a good price and don’t overcharge you. They have amazing customer service and even put an order for me once manually when my payment wouldn’t work! 👍🏽

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, though I wonder if perhaps you have got our website mixed up with another delivery you received. On looking at your order you chose Standard delivery (there are Next Day options available to choose). Standard delivery is 2-5 working days and showed a window of 8th to 13th December on your order confirmation. Your order was delivered on 11th December, within this time.
Whilst we do normally exceed our delivery estimates at this particularly busy time of year this is not always possible.
If you are unhappy about anything to do with your order please feel free to get in touch with our customer service team either by email or phone. We are there to assist.

Massive massive thank you to Chloe. Incredibly patient helpful and fantastic with children.
Chloe was kind patient and helped the girls with bodysuits. My youngest has always hates the feel of them on her neck. Chloe was patient and said if she wore a high collar top it wouldn’t feel like it. My youngest wasn’t making it easy for her.. 1 hour later 2x boot’s, riding jacket and a new tops. Massive thank you Chloe will definitely be returning ❤️
