Excellent service

The service was good and the rugs arrived very quickly.
Unfortunately although the rugs were lovely they did not fit my Spanish boy so had to be returned. The whole procedure was quick and easy and I was impressed. I will definitely use them again.

Could do better

I updated my address on the order and it wasn’t added to the parcel as luck has it the deliveries company called my number on the parcel

Recommend Redpost

I found a smart waterproof coat for our dog on the Redpost site. It was delivered in good time but unfortunately didn’t fit. The return system was good and I was updated throughout the process, receiving my replacement item within days

Perfect first time

I have used red post equestrian to buy my granddaughter a coat the site is so easy to navigate and I found what I was looking for in about two minutes it was that easy and it was delivered within 24 hours it was so quick this is one Christmas present granddad got right all thanks to REDPOST EQUESTRIAN

Order arrived in time

Order arrived in time. Wish I’d received an email letting me know it’d been despatched with the tracking number! As nearly missed the delivery and the Royal Mail sorting office I have to collect from is a track.

Small Things Make A Difference

I recently placed an order with Redpost via their online shop. With many other online businesses you receive an email confirmation of your order and payment and it then takes weeks to actually receive the products.
I was so pleasantly surprised when my purchase arrived within two days.
