This means that we needed to order them from our suppliers and are available after a certain date (in this case early November). An estimated delivery date was displayed for you on the product page, basket page and on your order confirmation.

Unfortuanately international shipping costs can be quite high and we are not currently in a position to be able to absorb the costs of returns. Hats can be very tricky to get right without a profession in store fitting as all of them very in shape and style, we have taken this feedback on board and our team now provide a virtual online fitting service to help assist with the fit of hats.
