Ordered quality control solution for BM monitor x2 that was 4months ago. I have contacted them on the first email they replied saying it was a stock issue. I’ve emailed them numerous times times now and have had no reply. I’ve asked for a refund and to date I have still not received any payment, no apology.

Small issue with delivery ( not reflex medical fault) but the customer care and response was best I've ever had and the product is as described so I'll def have no worries about ordering from them again.

Outstanding Service & Value
I write with respect to Reflex Medical. It’s not often that I find myself ordering supplies online. However, last week, I needed a few bits and bobs, so my past experiences led me back to Reflex Medical. Their website is responsive and easy to use, their payment methods are extensive, and their shipping is second to none—I placed an order late on a Saturday and was woken up by the postman banging on the door at 08:00.
The items always arrive in just enough packaging to protect them, but not so much that Greta Thunberg would have an MI every time she gets a package.
I enjoy ordering from Reflex Medical—their high standards, fast processing times, and outstanding customer service always shine through. However, I do have one question: if I were to place a massive order, how many packets of Haribo would I get? 😉
