Delivery issue
I recently wrote a review about failed delivery. The reflex team was helpful in resolving the issue with FedEx. They contacted me personally by phone and I was impressed with their willingness to make sure my experience was more positive.

Long wait for items
I had to wait over 3 months to receive the items and asked several times for the parcel, when it was ready, to be marked for my attention as a previous parcel wasn't and got lost in our building. Unfortunately this parcel wasn't marked for my attention either.

I can see it was sent by Royal Mail the same day it was ordered (21/12) using their Tracked 24 service. However, I can't see their are any updates. I am sorry for this. Royal Mail are extremely busy at Christmas time. I have got the order sent out again with DPD today and you should receive tracking information shortly. Best wishes, Sam.
