You canceled my order for no apparent reason. Evidently you sent emails explaining what was going on. I didn't get any of them. Only the refund.

Hi Jim,
Updated following your updated review. Jim we sent two emails before refunding your order due to no response, and a further emailing to your email asking why your order had been cancelled, please check your spam folder. Ultimately we only ship to the UK and this is clearly stated on the website.
I'm sorry that you feel it necessary to leave a 1 star review. As explained in our emails to you, we only currently ship to the UK and our website prevents customers outside the UK placing an order. In your particular case, you entered a US address, but entered the country as the UK, circumventing the system. When we received your order, we did reach out to you twice explaining that we don't ship to the USA, but offering to post your order as an exception. As we didn't receive a response, we took the decision to cancel the order and apply a full refund.
We do our very best to exceed customer expectations, often going above and beyond to ensure that we find a satisfactory outcome for the customer, however if we don't receive a response, the only option we have is to refund. I'm sorry that on this occasion we failed to meet your expectations, if we open up a supply route in to the USA, we'll be sure to drop you a line.

Brilliant customer service
Ordered an item on 17/10/2022, was despatched for 48h service the next day.
Unfortunately, Royal Mail industrial action on Thursday affected the delivery however item still was delivered on the day I needed it for someone’s birthday.
Got in touch with the customer service who explained the situation. Item was well packed and I would highly recommend them especially with the current offers 🤩❤️

I am beyond happy about the fantastic service I received here. I was trying to order a gift for a niece, whose birthday is today, and the team at Refractique replied to my message on Sunday and have been so very helpful with regards to packaging, postage. They went above and beyond to help me, and as a result my niece will receive her present not only on time, but beautifully packaged, with a message. I cannot recommend this company enough. I am so impressed that I will be ordering a set for myself to enhance my art. The people here look after their customers. And so I will be recommending them to everyone. Thank you again!

80mm kit is great
I received my 80mm lens ball kit the next day.
The flexi arm and suction cup are great to use with a tripod and makes it easier to set up my shot.
Really great fun to use and I will carry the 80mm ball in my camera bag as it's great for architecture photos, I'm looking forward to using round some of the building in Birmingham.
