We moved house in 2024 and after a month we were getting several companies trying to get us to reclaim overpaid Stamp Duty.
The world we live in today, I am always wary of these companies, but one stood out with out pressure, and enclosed a video brochure, introducing their company and services. I called Jon Fitch of SDLT Experts Ltd, and after a brief conversation we decided to use them. Your property will need to meet government guidelines and if they think you qualify they will present your case and deal directly on your behalf, for what we considered a very reasonable fee. Our case has now been successfully completed, and I can confirm I have not been paid to write this review or are related in any way with this company.
