I did get hold of a Walter(at same branch) and he was able to get me setup and very professional about it Thanks to walter I let my friends know who they need to go and who to talk to

I am a new customer that set up an automatic draft to come out every month. However the very disrespectful manager Ebony Evans calls me to tell me that I am behind AND being charged a late fee because of their mistake in the setup. She even had my card number that I used to set up the draft with. HOW am I being charged a fee when it is their fault? She also proceeds to tell me that the fees will just continue to rack up even though it was not my fault. I asked to speak to someone above her. She would not give me that information and said that she would have them call me. A lie-Big surprise there...So I called the corporate office to file a formal complaint against her and will not stop there with this.. She is a disgrace to the management field. This is NOT a company that I would recommend. I wish there was a 0 star option here.

Total lies... Electronic checks takes days..regreats and changing of terms terrible consistently. Do not believe you will get your money automatically.. because you won't ..p.s. their always sorry.

Interest rates are super high, or I would give 5 stars. Saying that, I know that this company provides loans mostly to folks with minor credit issues, and how grateful I am. They were very personable, honest, and helpful...making the process seamless. Monthly payments are very manageable. I give them 4 stars and a big thanks.
