Good customer service, but if you are in a hard water area really don’t try these. They left a dreadful white film on metallic surfaces which was hard to remove afterwards. Very disappointed. ☹️

At the start of the year, I bought a reusable metal coffee filter stand, which - according to the product description - would be "reusable for years". It fell apart after 3 months. When I emailed Regn, this was their reply:
"I’m sorry to hear the coffee filter stand has come apart. These stands are made with fairly delicate wire legs, so they do rely on careful handling and positioning during use and storage. Over time, this type of item can weaken through normal use, and after several months it would be classed as general wear and tear rather than a fault.
As this was purchased at the start of January, it falls outside of what we would be able to cover."

I replied, explaining that I had only handwashed the item, and left it to air dry. They did not respond. I feel that the item description was misleading. Will now have to try soldering it myself! Not good for something that is meant to last for years - hardly a sustainable option.

The colour of the tea towels was much darker than they appear on the website and the material was very thin. I had to send back, their refund policy is arduous and costly. I will not shop here again.

Products which are planet friendly, avoid plastics and do exactly what they are designed to do. Have purchased different items for home and laundry, and have always been impressed. No fuss,no waste, simply excellent products.

Not too happy with the delay in dispatching our order. It has been 4 days without communication or a dispatch.

Good prices and quick delivery. A UK company is a bonus too! I was a bit wary after reading about laundry sheets leaving residue but this has not been the case with the ReGn ones that I bought. I also bought the softener sheets and whilst they do not soften like the usual fabric conditioner, I find that they work perfectly OK and are not full of chemicals. The laundry scent boosters are good too - you don't get many uses out of a tube but they do the job and leave a pleasant fragrance that again is not full of chemicals. The laundry sheets have cleaned everything well so far - no complaints at all and I'm left with feeling virtuous that I am making my own little contribution to greener living.

Great products although the tea towels are too thin for my liking. Still I like to support organic and sustainable materials. Thank you.

Bought fabric softener sheets but didn't realise they were only for a dryer. When asked to return, the response was very curt and rude and discouraging me to shop with them again. Very disappointed.

Great company, has plenty of offers and options for home items. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Fragrances are nice. However, I've found they don't dissolve very well leaving the occasional residue mark on clothed and undessolved beads in the door well. I have reduced the number of beads, by half, this has helped but the fragrance isnt as strong. I don't overfill the wash load either, though my washing machine fills by weight - so whether this is the cause 🤷‍♀️

I have tried out the re:gn fabric softener sheets (fresh linen scented) and am very pleased with them. I just use half a sheet at a time, tear that in half and add it it the SimplyEco laundry sheets (which I also tear in half) and place at the bottom of the drum before the washing goes in. Clothes come out with a pleasant, light scent and the amount of static with certain fabrics does seem reduced. Would recommend.

Very good shop for non plastic products. You don't need to spend lots of money to be more friendly with the planet.

I use REGN most of the time now and I’m really glad to have discovered it. I’d reached a point where I was just really conscious of how much plastic I was throwing away and how much the products I was using were adding to pollution. It’s been trial and error experimenting with different products and I’ve liked some things more than others. I would say that all my household cleaning and most of the toiletries I use are from REGN, including refills and reusable bottles etc. Well chuffed and I always look forward to receiving my orders, which arrive well packaged and timely. Customer service has been very good and responsive. My only problem is in navigating the website. Sometimes things are hard to find and sometimes I’m scrolling through stuff I’ve already seen. But it’s a small price to pay
