Great alternative to the plastic loofah. Feels good on the skin and hasn’t caused any irritation. Better for the environment and can bed washed so win win. Delivered on time and packed well. Takes a while to fully dry out though.

Very pleased with my purchases from REGN delivery was prompt I had a slight issue with one item I purchased which REGN was very prompt to rectify when I contacted them. I will use them again.

It was easy to order on your website. Tap the item and the quantity and go to pay, as easy as that.
The kitchen towels on the roll are super soft and absorbent, wash them and put back on the roll.
The 6 coloured bamboo super soft face clothes are unbelievable. A soft cloud wiping your face.

All the items were great and arrived quickly.

Ordered a Christmas present. The box was totally torn and crushed. They want me to pay to send it back I wouldn't be able to give this as a gift so it's totally not fit for purpose. The
Customer service they offer is horrendous!! BEWARE!!!

Last year at christmas i gifted friends and family biodegradable kitchen sponges as a stocking filler and this year its laundry sheets in there. Changing the world one plastic free swap at a time. I use these things myself obviously - really why wouldn’t you ?

Bad customer service and products.
Products unusable due to the most appalling fragrance/ chemicle smells. I ordered cloth sponges and tumble dryer balls. The smell on them won’t come out in the wash and secondly I shouldn’t have to try… I spent a lot of money. Organic cloths with that one them is a joke. I simply asked to return and that they pay for the returns. After going back and forth they won’t stating they are not faulty. They are faulty as I can’t use them.. they expect me to put my clothes in a tumble dryer with that smell ? We are really eco friendly as we don’t not use any fragrance or chemicals. They need to take responsibility how their so called eco things are being transported and stored. Shocking behaviour from them, shame on you.

I wasn't unhappy with the products that arrived, but I am very unhappy with their extremely aggressive and persistent spam marketing ever since. I have tried and tried to unsubscribe but still the emails come. I even wrote to them directly, and now the emails come twice. If you dislike that sort of thing you would be well advised to find another supplier.
In response to the reply from REGN. 1) Read my first review properly. I didn't complain about the products. 2) Your spam IS very hard to get rid of, and after I emailed you directly to ask you to stop it DID double. Clearly you didn't read that email correctly either!

I love this website. I've used them before, the bamboo cloths are so soft and the environmental choices are brilliant. I will definitely be buying from them again. Please keep it up REGN!
