Good customer service, but if you are in a hard water area really don’t try these. They left a dreadful white film on metallic surfaces which was hard to remove afterwards. Very disappointed. ☹️

Love the laundry sheets
I ordered the laundry sheets scented. I really like them because they wash your clothes well and the perfume is subtle and pleasant. They arrived very quickly! I also ordered the scent booster beads which I probably won’t order again as I think they’re quick expensive because you need to use a lot to smell anything different….But definitely will keep ordering the laundry sheets.

Great products!!
Love the laundry sheets, so easy to use and definitely washing everything as well liquid or powder. Foaming handwash is great too . Yet to use anti -bac or scouring pads or toilet bomb, but am confident that they will perform. Hope they'll keep prices keen otherwise I might think twice about buying, but would be sad as I love these products.

We have been using the dissolvable…
We have been using the dissolvable paper laundry sheets for some time now annd we will not go back to huge plastic bottles of detergemt. Once we ordered scented by mistake (wife is allergic to them) I was asked to return them and they were echanged very quickly for unscented. Brilliant customer service which is very important to us as we are both in our eighties!

Technical Failings
Systems don’t work, I ordered a subscription and the item came wrong, I took that it could be my mistake and kept it. So I just reordered the correct item and cancelled my subscriptions. Though this morning I get an email with out notice of pending subscription (even thought I cancelled) and that it was shipped. Not happy!
Now after finding a product I love I have to search again due to technical failings.

I’ve looked into your account and the subscription wasn’t showing as cancelled on our system before the renewal was created. It was cancelled afterwards, which is why the order still went out. If we’d seen a cancellation request before dispatch, we would have stopped it for you.
Regarding the previous mix up with the scent, if you had contacted us at the time we would have happily put that right. We’re always here to fix any issues and make sure you get what you ordered.
I appreciate how this has come across from your side and I understand why you’re disappointed. If you’re able to share any proof of an earlier cancellation attempt, I’m more than happy to look into it fully and sort things out for you.

Good product, good price.
DPD proved useless at delivering and returned the parcel back to sender, but REGN customer service responded without delay and posted the parcel out again via Royal Mail, who delivered promptly and without a hitch.

First look as had an email saying they now sold some laundry sheets I'd bought before, however, I saw their own at a cheaper price so decided to try them and will not be going back as they are great. Smell nice and clean excellently, I will be looking for other cleaning products

Highly recommend
I was looking for a sustainable and cruelty free brand and came upon REGN. Placed my first order few weeks back, bought some eco-friendly razors, cleaning products, vegan chocolate etc and so far I am really impressed. Most cleaning products of other brands have a really harsh smell and can give headaches, but REGN products, while having a scent, it is not overbearing and does not feel you breathe in toxic fumes. I love love their vegan chocolate as well. Fazit, I can highly recommend to give them a try and will definitely order more.

Do not buy their bin bags!
Apparently, 50 litre bin bags are not for 50 litre bins. In contrast with industry standards across all other brands of bin liner I could find, if you buy from Re:gn, you should know to buy 80 litre bags for a fifty litre bin! That's right! Buy bags almost twice the size you need! Otherwise they won't fit. I am clearly such an ignoramous. You would think I hadn't been buying bin bags my whole adult life, wouldn't you? And despite the order clearly saying they had sent me a 4-pack plus a 1-pack, they refused to honour the cooling-off period on the 4-pack because 1 roll was opened. So by all means buy their stuff, but don't expect any help when things go wrong. Instead, expect a smug email that thanks you 'for your understanding' even when you are spitting feathers.

To clarify for others reading, our 50L cornstarch bin bags are correctly described and measured by capacity, not by the physical dimensions of a bin. Compostable bags don’t stretch like plastic liners, so a 50L bag is intended for bins up to that size but won’t provide an overhang. For a 50L bin, the 80L option gives extra material to fold over the rim, which many customers prefer.
Your order was for a 5-pack bundle, and one roll was opened. As outlined in our returns policy, we can’t accept returns on opened or partially used items for hygiene reasons. The cooling-off period applies to unused goods in their original condition, so this policy was applied correctly.
We’ve followed both our product descriptions and our published returns policy accurately, but we’ll continue to make sizing guidance even clearer to help customers choose the best fit in future.
One product did not meet expectations but the company certainly did
With any company, 99% of all transactions are problem free. What sets certain companies apart is how they deal with the 1%.
I bought a bundle of multiple boxes of dishwasher tablets which were on offer (Purum) which did not meet expectations. I requested a return of the unopened boxes for a pro-rata refund. Return postage of the unused ones was at my expense, which is fair as they're not faulty, just not as effective as other brands, even other eco brands.
I dealt with a chap called Craig, who was courteous and professional. As the refund was for an unused portion of a bundle, the offer of a refund for the unopened packs was a goodwill gesture, not a legal obligation, so I accepted store credit, which was issued without quibble and he even got back to me to suggest alternatives.
I have no wish to force losses on small businesses but nor do they prioritise profits over customer satisfaction. As such, I felt the way I was treated was more than fair and worthy of praise, hence the unsolicited review.

Sadly didn't work for us
We bought the dishwasher leaves which I really wanted to work so that we can cut down on packaging and plastic covered detergent capsules. Sadly crockery, glasses and cutlery were left smeared despite trying different dishwasher settings.
