I highly recommend the Regn bamboo washcloths, sold in a pack of 6. They are ultra soft (and retain this after washing too), gentle on skin and a pleasure to use.

I have purchased a range of products from Regn so far, from period items to bathroom cleaning products and kitchen eco tools. All of them are great and will definitely purchase again from this company. I am happy to have found a serious, local option to environment friendly products. Shipments are always quick and well packed, well done!

This is my new favourite scent booster. I bought a variety of scents and they are all wonderful! So far, they’ve all washed out well in cold wash, which is not always the case for Lenore or other big brands. The base of Regn is cornstarch, so I love knowing that. I will continue to buy these boosters!

Delivered quickly. Really happy with the reusable makeup pads. The soft ones are perfect for my eyes and the slightly rougher ones (although still soft) are great for the face, gently exfoliating as you clean. They are a good size and come in a fantastic string bag, perfect for popping all the dirty ones into the washing machine in. I bought two sets so keep all clean in one, then used ones in the other to be tossed in the washing machine all together. Not washed them as yet so don’t know how they will come out but so far really happy.

I was very skeptical I already use period underwear that is brill but always have a need for pads. Used these this time round they are brill. Very comfortable do not make you itch like pads do. No leaks- I am very heavy.

Truly dreadful customer service. Willing to refund a faulty razor (no complaints on that) but not pay for the return postage of the associated razor blades that can no longer be used as they were to go with the unusable razor.
A customer should not be out of pocket for a faulty item, and the blades were for with use with the faulty item and they would have been returned with the faulty razor.
My main complaint is the signing off of an email 'this will be the last email on the matter'.
AVOID.
Customer is not the priority here. That tone should never be used.

Great delivery turnaround and the product it’s self (safety razor) is fab. Really can’t fault it and the price well half the price if others. Beautiful rose gold … heavy weight handle feels quality.

Paid the extra for 1-2 day delivery, had an email the same day saying that my parcel had been sent. Love the items I bought, have zero complaints about them, or REGN at all :)

The bamboo face cloths had loose threads when I got them out from the box. I emailed the company with photos about the quality control issue and was told this is normal for this type of material which I'm not convinced by as I do have bamboo bedding which has held up excellently. The company did offer to refund if I returned the cloths but the faff involved with the return meant I didn't bother. I will use them but will not be ordering anything else from the company.
