We’d like to clarify the Trustpilot notice you mentioned. Rest assured, we have not been displaying fake or incorrect reviews. The notice was added because we displayed our Trustpilot score on our website without paying Trustpilot’s subscription fee. They charge businesses up to £1,000 per month for permission to use and advertise their own review scores. Unfortunately, this notice implies something misleading, which unfairly suggests that we may have manipulated reviews – something we would never do.

Thank you for your feedback. While we’re sorry the freeze-dried watermelon bon bons didn’t meet your expectations, there are several inaccuracies in your review that we need to address:

Product Expectations: These are clearly labelled as freeze-dried bon bons with a watermelon flavour—not real fruit. Misunderstanding this does not make the product itself misleading.

Packaging: Contrary to your claim, the packaging is fully biodegradable, not single-use plastic. This is detailed in the product description.

Customer Communication: You never reached out to us about your issue. If you had, we would have happily resolved it, including offering a refund. Instead, leaving multiple negative reviews about the same issue on different platforms appears to be an attempt to harm our reputation unfairly.

We take pride in being an eco-conscious company and working hard to provide great products and service. Reviews like yours—especially without giving us a chance to make things right—do more harm than good. If you had simply contacted us, this could have been resolved without unnecessary negativity.
