I have had far more negative experiences with Relay than positive ones. Every single time, there is a 50% chance (1 in 2 parcels) that they will completely miss the scheduled delivery date. Once a parcel is delayed, you are left in a painful waiting game for up to a month just to get a basic tracking update, a refund, or the package itself. This company lacks the logistical capability to handle standard deliveries and is completely unfit for purpose. Avoid using them if you have a choice.

Has to be the worst delivery service in the entire universe. The nearest shop is a 15 minute drive away. God only knows how you’d get there if you didn’t drive the store looks completely chaotic with parcel randomly scattered around the floor. Took the guy about 10 minutes to find the parcel. Also when using this to send parcels extremely slow delivery to customers. Would be quicker to imply a carrier pigeon, and I’m sure the updates would be more informative. Absolute pants.

I had a phone call on Sunday 25th October around 7pm.It was a lady's voice, concerned that she was unable to find my house (Flat). She told me where she was at, which was not far away. I told her that I would come to her. I received my parcel. She also told me that there was a parcel left outside the office that she was at was concerned that it may be taken. I took both parcel from her. I delivered the other parcel. But I was amazed at the commitment and concern that this young lady had given to her job and me. Please thank her and it has given me some faith in our country. Please give her my thanks. Stephen Williams, NN3 9SW.

Soooo bad. I ordered 3 weeks in advance from Shein and they regularly updated me on my package whereabouts. As soon as Relay took the package i had no updates and it is 5 days late.

Appalling. Lost 2 parcels out of 4 in a week. One had no updates. Won't reply to emails. Have to wait 35 days. Absolutely dreadful service. No idea why Vinted use them (Vinted haven't been helpful either).

The worst delivery service I've ever had. I bought a pair of trousers on Vinted and they used the Relay courier for delivery. It's been 22 days since I ordered the trousers and still waiting for delivery. Even Temu takes less time to get their stuff delivered from China. Totally disappointed with this delivery company.

Never again with Relay. I’m waiting for 2 packages, and neither has arrived yet—zero communication. The absolute worst delivery service there is.

Parcels are consistently delayed or never turn up as they have gone missing as the drivers leave parcels here there and everywhere but your actual address. Not quite sure why companies are still sending parcels via this courier, it’s ridiculous

They are dreadful left packages on doorstep and items stolen. They claim it was left in a safe place and put a picture of the items being left on a doorstep is hardly a safe place in a row of terrace houses! Shame on such a corrupt so called delivery service you need shutting down

Very horrible ; terrible experience of delivery

This company need trading standards to get involved I paid for my item on 15th October used their tracking said courier picked up 3 days ago so where is my parcel no sign of courier and no sign of any communication from relay, are they just a fake scam company . TRADING STANDARDS PLEASE INVESTIGATE

Nothing but problems with these Fools.. Having spent most of their time trying to get me to have my parcel delivered to some random parcel shop..For their ease not mine.. Yet again they try and deliver on a Sunday,, despite instructions clearly saying it's a business address and not open at weekends.. SO.. Again.. they bung it over the fence and leave it out in the rain.. AGAIN.. !! So.. Now seller is having to issue a refund for damaged goods.. and lost a long term buyer.. So Seller.. Don't ise these fools.. they've got less than one star reviews for a reason

Always a really poor service. Why anyone would use you is beyond me. You need to step up! You're not even providing a service. The customer shouldn't have to chase every parcel.

Very disappointed in Relay delivery service.
I have been sending parcels out and it’s taken many weeks for my parcels to arrive with Relay.

Other parcels are arriving from other companies within days.
I have been using them for Vinted.
Definitely won’t be using them in the future!

Hey everyone I have just realised that the relay I am dealing with is actually relay tech who seem to have good reviews because everyone is posting the -ones under relay. We all need to copy them across to relay tech. That is the email that I was directed to when I queried my deliveries and I have heard nothing

Unbelievably shit courier, lost my parcel and terrible (basically non existent) customer service. Got a notification my parcel arrived, went to the shop to collect it and it wasn’t there.

Abysmal, all the reviews are true.

Even if the package is going to be delayed by 2 weeks I'd appreciate at least some communication - some news is better than no news. I'd petition for the company to be dissolved.

Over the year of 2025 and 2026 really has lost 11 of my parcels and I have to wait 1 month each parcel to get my refund I would advise everyone not to choose really

Ordered a parcel from Vinted which was sent out for delivery the same day by seller , this was on the 17th of October i was supposed to received my parcel on the 21/22nd of October, i have now waited 3 days after delivery was due and am now being told i will revive my parcel from now (26th october) to the 20th of november !!! This company should not be have responsibility for parcels people have paid for .
