Never received my parcel
I was advised my delivery would be on Wednesday.. Friday is here and they say they have delivered my parcel but nothing arrived. I attempted to contact the company but there is no help desk. I would never have ordered the item if I knew this company was doing the delivery. Zero stars and suspect someone has sticky fingers.

Awful and extremely frustrated. Waiting all day, until it was one stop away, checked back at the tracking to see it was delivered with a picture of my door at 4.02pm even though I never heard a knock, went outside to check parcel no where to be seen. Knocked on neighbours door nothing. I am so annoyed as I needed the parcel for an important event and now it’s too late to order a replacement. No number to call and customer service says it’ll take 72hours to respond! What use is that??? Absolutely terrible.

Twice I have been at the property when my delivery has failed. Neither time did a courier attempt to come in. The address is a school, so very easy to locate. It only has one entrance, again not hard to find. Shocking service.

So so slow 🐌 I had a notification saying it had been dropped off by the seller that was a week ago. I’m now waiting on 2 more parcels to the same collection point and same story there! I’ll not buy another thing that’s delivered( or not in this case ) by Relay

⁸Firstly why is there no minus star rating especially for this company....on a regular basis I get 6-7 different time deliveries for the same item ... as today so far I have had 5 different times.... unlike all other delivery services who give you a 2 hour time slot so you dont have to wait in for 7 or so hours....and its still not out for delivery......EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE ..... MINUS 10 STARS

Terrible customer service 72 hours to respond to any messages and it's not guaranteed. I had a delivery due 9 - 11 June, it didn't arrive now is due between 11 June to 10 JULY. AND ABSOLUTE JOKE.

The parcel was delivered And I received it! (Thankfully) I was in my house, but there wasn’t even an attempt to knock at the door. It was left at the front of the front door in full view, and could’ve been stolen it wasn’t even left in a safe space!. I have worked at UPS and know the protocol in safe delivery! This level of service is unacceptable by your drivers and needs to be addressed! They need to at least knock on the door and if there is no answer leave the parcel in a safe place, where no one could steal the parcel!

Shocking company, worse than Evri! I was home at time of delivery but couldn’t reach the door in time. I wrote a note incase I wasn’t in during the 4 hour period to leave INSIDE outbox, the absolute idiot of a driver left it ONTOP and when I went to the door it was gone!! Whether the driver stole my parcel or someone walking by absolutely shocking service. Now trying to see if the company will reship my items and not use relay!!!!

Awful! I agree with the other one star reviews. Everytime I have used for Vinted my parcels are delayed, even if they get there at all! Tracking information is ineffective as not kept up to date and vague. I am going to take this option off my Vinted from now on.

Not even 1 star . Avoid at all cost , do not understand why any company would trust them to deliver… my experience is somewhat unreal !! I had notifications saying parcel was to be delivered, time slot kept on changing until it said one stop away … car pulled up courier in her own car with high viz on got out looked in boot , looked inside back of car , front of car then drove off ? I have her reg .. I then received a delayed notification that was 14 days ago . I’ve sent emails to the retailer and to the courier with still no order delivered, the retailer blames the courier and the courier didn’t even reply to my emails , so avoid relay at all costs , check with your retailer/ sales company which courier service they use prior to ordering. I’m still in dispute with both .. no refund given and no parcel - very disappointing

As everyone says avoid at all cost I was meant to get my vinted order 4 days ago but it’s clearly gone missing status says it’s on its way but it’s clearly not . Thankfully I’m not the sender and I’ll get my money as it’s being sent to a shop so they can’t say it’s been delivered as I’ve seen in many reviews . Baffles me why any company would use these cowboys

Send parcels on day of order from Vinted and over ten days later the parcels are still not delivered to the customer, joke of company, please Vinted customers don’t choose relay for your delivery options unless you can wait ages for delivery
Followed all the correct protocol
Followed all the correct protocol of shipping my parcel with relay by scanning QR, getting a label and even leaving it with the store person only to not get a email confirmation with no digital mark that I had dropped off my parcel. Now Vinted hasn’t registered my parcel and I have no evidence that I dropped off my package. So now I have a BAD review and have LOST my money. What makes it even worse is that the customer messaged me to say they had received my package 😂 JOKE.

Awful company. They repeatedly sent me notifications across a 4 days period saying they’d deliver my next day delivery. The time slots kept changing and eventually no one would bother delivering. No idea where my order is. I’ve contacted their customer service and they haven’t responded inside the 72 hour window they give. I assume my parcel is lost or stolen. No company should be using this useless courier to deliver their products to customers.

Paying around £0.70 per drop is simply unacceptable. Rates keep getting lower while routes get larger and more demanding. After fuel, vehicle costs, insurance and time, it’s becoming impossible to make it worthwhile. Very disappointing and getting worse rather than better. Not recommended.

I have been a regular customer of ASOS for years now and I’ve never had any problems with delivery until this pile of rubbish came into play. I ordered for next day delivery on Tuesday. It’s now Friday and they haven’t even dispatched from the warehouse.

Relay Deliveries
I've now had a number of deliveries from Vinted via Relay couriers and I'm not impressed. Watching the delivery status/journey of parcels, there seems to be sticking point once the Couriers receive the items - holding onto parcels for days. I have also received several annoying text massages from Relay encouraging me to change my delivery option from 'delivery to home' to 'delivery to a safe locker'. Ive paid for home delivery so that's what id like.
