Was told by email at 7.06 in the morning that the delivery was going to be between 7.45 and 11.45 in the morning. At 11.30 it changed to 12.30 to 4.30 and at 4.30 it changed to 5.15 to 9.15 in the evening. So stayed in all day for a delivery that finally was delivered at about 7.30 in the evening. The courier drove up and parked with two wheels on the pavement preventing pedestrians from using the footpath and denied any knowledge of the various delivery times. Threw the parcel down on the mat by the front door, luckily padding prevented any breakage. This was a totally poor service in every respect.

They received my parcel on the 1st, and delivery should have been the 3rd September. Checked the progress, only to find - delayed - on the 3rd! No response from customer service, still no parcel, and Vinted won't refund for 25 days! Now on 7th September, so won't get my refund until next month! What a complete shambles this company is, and what I can't understand, is why nobody is doing anything about them!!!

Not only did I write that I am home do not leave in mailroom, they delivered to wrong address and kept it in someone’s mailroom

Twice my ordered has been exchanged with a different order - I made a purchase from Vinted & relay has never delivered the right product

Someone needs to take these thieving bastards to court.

I assumed that the delivery address would be delivery address?

Cutting corners. Efficient for the Owners and shareholders. Crap for me and you.

Do not follow instructions do not listen to customers give wrong information to customers where where and when and time to collect their parcel totally useless Service

My delivery was expected before 3rd September 2026. It's showing that they've had it since 30th August 2026 but no further info. I needed my order by this weekend. Very disappointed I've tried to contact them but I'm still awaiting a reply.

Posted my vinted parcels using Relay on Thursday and it is now Sunday and the parcels still haven’t even been collected. Vinted needs to have relay removed as an option, awful service.

Thirteen days to deliver won’t use it again

How the hell is this company still in business. I sent a parcel through vinted at no point did the woman in the shop question my parcel. Took them nearly a week to tell me that they won't send my parcel back. I hope people will read the hundreds of bad reviews and avoid them.

I sent a Vinted parcel to a buyer via Relay on the 1st of September, delivery was scheduled for the 4th of September, I got message saying that there was a delay, the parcel will be delivered on the 5th of September, then on the 5th they messaged me saying the delivery will be from Sep 5th to the 5th of October 2026.

Awful, the shop make you sort through everyone’s parcels to find your own, not secure at all. Rude staff as well.

My 4th Vinted order gone missing. It is disgraceful you have to wait 2 months to get a refund. You should be shut down by all these reviews
Do better POST OFFICE SERVICES.

They're are dire!
Have used several times via Vinted.
Recent experiences include courier 'throwing' parcel on front doorstep instead of leaving in designated safe place.....delivered to wrong address (right number wrong street)....delivered to a different city!!!
Don't bother contacting their support...they don't reply!
Oh and deliveries take a lot longer than with anyone else..

Once again, my package arrived somewhere else I live on ub3 my package arrived on tw33 over an hour by car. They should close this company with a big deal. With a bang.

Dreadful. Sent a Vinted order and package arrived ripped and with items missing. I have packaged parcels in the same way for Evri, InPost and Royal Mail delivery and never had issues before. Avoid!

Absolutely horrible!!!! They left my parcel unattended in front of the street!! How stupid are they?! If you can see that the delivery is a store and it is closed because 10pm how you can leave the parcel on the street like that?!? The worst company ever!! Unacceptable!! I have lost the parcel and there is no way to contact them!!

Would give 0 stars if I could! Parcel was due tracking was good but the label on my parcel didn’t even have my house number on?!, the driver then went into my local shop and asked the assistant is this for you. I was very lucky that the assistant knew me so agreed to take it, absolute joke of a company Avoid!!!

Relay are the worst delivery company, My first order was lost in transit on the day they said it was out for delivery!
The second time out for delivery stood at my gate waiting, when I was the next delivery, then a message my parcel was delivered with a picture of someone’s front door but not mine.
Would have liked to give them minus 2 stars
