Courier is delivering my parcels to the wrong address. They are posting them to my elderly neighbours house- we've had disagreements in the past- but I still don't want them to have this bother. This is making it difficult for me to receive parcels on time. I have my house no. showing clearly in 3 different places on the front of my house but the courier is not even looking!

Shocking. Do not trust this company!!!!

Within an hour my delivery was scheduled, then out for delivery, then delivery delayed then re arranged, out for delivery again and turned up at 9:30pm.

My feedback from a shein parcel:
Arrived late
I was home and the driver did not attempt to come to the door
“It was a delicate surprise for my mum and it was shoved through the letterbox carelessly it was obvious we was home as there was cars on the drive and the tv was on so very disappointed but thankfully it wasn’t damaged but I’m unhappy with the way I’ve been treated. Get your drivers to knock and ring and stop being lazy!”

Apalling company and service and utterly frustrating that Vinted use them. Making me want to never use vinted again. So many parcels lost and now a painting I bought 2 weeks ago is going to be delivered end of November, which will make it 6 weeks time, unless it's lost in the meantime

WORSE THEN EVRI. I waited outside my development and follow the tracker, he pulled up got out and took a photos of my intercom

1 second late "Item return, customer not home" so when he got back in the car I knocked on his window and I could see about 40 parcels over the car and He was OPENING MINE and throw it in the back when he say it was a jumper. I took a photo amid him and he was piss*d and was shouting in Arabic. He reach other and throw my parcel out and drove off. This was Manchester location.

Would like to leave a zero star. An ebay parcel was left in a public place late at night nowhere near my delivery address. Absolute joke of a service. Also struggling for a refund now as these idiots say they delivered. Why do people pay these jokers!!!!!

I've already taken this service off my "available service" as its the worst delivery company I've ever experienced and will never use again, nor will I recommend

As most of the unfortunate people that have used this "delivery"If I could I will leave zero stars. My vinted parcel was redirected to a collection point over an hour from my home without my agreement or prior notice. I contacted Relay before delivery, explained that the location was inaccessible to me without a car, and was told that possible solutions were being reviewed. Despite this, they delivered the parcel to the exact location I had complained about, without resolving the issue or responding to my last email. Very disappointing service and poor communication. I would not recommend.
Today I have received another useless unhelpful response. Now all three of my parcels have been redirected to a collection point over an hour from my home, without consulting me. I explained repeatedly that I could not access this location without a car and suggested alternative collection points closer to me.

Customer support claimed they were reviewing possible solutions, but ultimately redirected all three parcels to the exact location I had complained about. Their final response simply justified the decision by saying the original collection points were unavailable and otherwise the parcels would have been returned to the retailer.

There was no meaningful attempt to accommodate my situation, despite raising the issue before delivery. Extremely poor communication and customer service. Very disappointing experience.

Do not use this service.

Unfortunately, every time I order from retailers like Lookfantastic and they use this courier, the delivery takes longer than the estimated timeframe.

I receive an email saying my parcel is "out for delivery", with a specific delivery time slot, but it never arrives. What's even more frustrating is that there are no updates. After more than 24 hours, the tracking simply changes to "delayed", with no further information about where my parcel is or when I can expect it.

There is no clear way to follow up, and their customer service is completely useless.

I'm disappointed that a company with so many negative reviews still makes no effort to improve its service. But I'm even more disappointed in retailers that continue to use this courier when there are far more reliable delivery companies available.
Absolutely terrible service.

Literally had the same experience as every other customer in the reviews. Why are Vinted still using them. They need to be investigated. Abysmal Service.

Have sent and received a number of parcels using relay via vinted. User friendly and efficient.

Unless customer service do not listen can not put times on there web site to say when you will be at the delivery address is will now not be dealing with any company that uses them for delivering my purchases and I aways believed EVRI was bad but the company is 100 times worse

Terrible couriers, take lomg to travel to my address by 4 days than it does to get from China to the England, should be called "delay" not relay

If i could give 0 stars I would. 6 parcels sent 21.10.26. A parcel was delivered to one customer which belonged to someone else and sent by someone else! All, bar one, are still missing in transit! I do understand there has been poor weather but I really think they have terrible problems anyway.

as everyone else is saying, they are rubbish. lost my vinted parcel, impossible to contact their customer support. do not use them at all.

They have 4 parcels of mine that i have purchased from vinted and they are late or have never turned up, then i have to wait 4 weeks to claim i haven't received my items! Absolutely ridiculous and I will never use them, ever!!!!!

Caught driver leaving parcel on door step even though I had a safe place stated on the delivery and sticker on door saying DO NOT LEAVE PARCELS HERE! 2nd time this has happened

Ordered three parcels from Vinted. Relay notified me they had lost one, was then randomly delivered 4 days later. Received second parcel, its not the item I ordered, the seller never sent that item so the wrong label has been put on the wrong parcel. My third parcel still not received, seller said it was sent two weeks ago, the tracking hasn't even updated since relay received the parcel.

Absolutley useless, delivered 1 package instead of 2 yet their tracking says both parcels delivered. Have cctv of the driver carrying only 1 parcel and their proof of postage photo only shows 1 parcel. Have tried to contact them 3 times and each time it says they will get back to me within 72hrs, well it’s now been 5 days and still no reply!! How on earth does a company this sh1t still carry on doing what they do? I mean 94% of over 2k reviews are 1 star!! They obviously havent a clue how to run a business and I for one wont be using such a crap courier service again, even if it was the only option given, i would rather not place the order as i forgot to mention this is the 2nd time this has happened and ive only ever used them twice! Probably the worst courier service in the UK and should close down!
