UN-RELIABLE STORE!!! This is the WORST online store I have ever dealt with. They lie about the delivery date. They lie about responding to you within 24 to 48 hours. I bought an external hard drive as a Christmas present for my brother, in November and only received it in January. The hard drive was corrupted and doesn't work. I have sent them numerous emails for a refund, but they don't respond. If you have money to throw down the drain, then feel free to use these CROOKS!!! Somebody must shut them down.

Today is day 30 after your 3-10 business days are taken off where is my refund ?????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????? Where is my Refund Next mail is going to hello Peter it should not be necessary for be to beg for my refund after you could not deliver the item and promised me 3-10 work days for the repayment 30 days later actually 40 days later

Been almost 3 months and still no delivery of my order.
Communication is the worst!
When I send a email, one month after ordering,and no delivery of my order, they supplied me with a tracking number that read - estimate date of arrival 30/12/2023.
Placed order on 17 October'23 and still waiting to date 13 January'24.

When confirming my order, they send me this notification,
"Our delivery time frame is estimated at 7-14 days to one month on average. As stated in our terms and conditions, estimated times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. If there are any changes, you will be informed of them."

NOBODY INFORMED ME OF ANY PROBLEM IN THE PASSED 3 MONTHS.

Scam site after 4 months still waiting for a refund. Don’t answer calls or mails. STAY AWAY

I ordered an adaptor for a camera lens on 27/11/2023.A tracking number was given,but eventually the parcel was delivered to an address in India.
They are reluctant to answer emails.You can phone them if you are willing to hold on for 20 minutes.
It seems to me that Reliable store.co.za is dodgy.
Not to be confused with reliablestore.com.which seem to be the origin of positve reviews.

So after cancelling my order and requesting a refund I all of a sudden received tracking information on 15 November 2023. Now when I track said parcel it shows that the store has not paid yet, and it is 6 December 2023 today.

Sent an email on 6 November for an update - got a response on 30 November, from Primrose M (Team Leader - what a joke!!!) saying just about nothing.

Rather spend your money elsewhere, as this place is just not worth the aggravation.

So after cancelling my order and requesting a refund I all of a sudden received tracking information. About 2 weeks later I received a package via courier but refused to accept it, without opening the bag as the package is much smaller than what it's supposed to be according to box size for this product. So It seems Reliable store also sent me something other than what I ordered like others are reporting on sites like Hellopeter. This is just wrong.

SHOCKING store and customer service. I have been waiting for almost a year for them to collect a product that looked nothing like I ordered in a broken box and doesn't even work! Every time I email they either ignore me or say they are still arranging a pick up - never mind trying to get to the refund stage. PATHETIC actually!

Reliable-store.com is the perfect online manual saviour. The website is easy to navigate, and team working is pretty nice.I was very sceptical when i saw bad reviews but then found that those were for other website based in south africa. I highly recommend Reliable-store.com for a hassle-free experience!

I've been using Reliable-store.com for 10 years to buy service and workshop manuals. Their service is the best, and I've never had a problem with them. I trust them completely.

Please don't get confused with another site called Reliablestore.co.za, which is based in South Africa. That's a different business, and they seem to have some problems with delivering their products. Because of this, some people are getting mixed up and leaving bad reviews for Reliable-store.com.

I just wanted to say that Reliable-store.com is a great site and they've never let me down. I can say for sure that they don't scam anyone. If you need service or workshop manuals, I highly recommend them. Reliable-store.com gets a full five stars from me!

Awesome and prompt service. This was my second purchase of Service and Repair manuals from them. They wouldn't keep your money until you are 100% satisfied with your Manual purchases. Was confused to see some bad reviews attributed to them regarding some defective physical items. Reliable-store.com doesn't sell any physical items. They deal in digital Manuals only since their inception.

Terrible customer service. I submitted multiple emails for assistance. Got only short email responses which did not help. Sent a manual that my IT department nor I could open or use. Included some cryptic information and the need to download apps...Website says %100 satisfaction guaranteed. I requested my money back with no response.

Reliable Store is a SCAM. After 2 weeks goods bought still not delivered, now they sent me a link of a delivery that does not reveal anything.

I got charged for two items with no descriptions
and showing charges for $59.20 or so through a processing company who collects for them. I called and at first they claimed I signed up for some subscription but I did not receive a product, then another bill for $82.9 and so I asked for a refund. She said she cancelled my account and finally agreed to give back 40%, but after much back and forth, agreed to refund 100% within 3-5 days. I had suggested I would report this fraud through my credit card, but now they wanted me to promise I would not go through my credit card as a fraud. I agreed as long as I actually received the refund
the charges came from "sprouting garden solutions and appealinggardens" Please do not accept any products for only shipping charges. Then they charge your credits

I bought an item for R2929.99 on the 14 February 2023. My item was supposed to arrive in two weeks time as it stated on their website. Instead of getting the item I got a call saying I have to wait another 6 weeks. At this point I cancelled my order and requested a refund. As you guessed no refund was received and all my money is gone 😩. I emailed several times and got the same response as other people "Nothing has been advised as yet, however, I have followed up again in order to provide you with feedback". Rather stick to buying from Takealot they honest and more reliable

I ordered dog hair clippers in September 2022. Still nothing and the occaisional response to my many emails has been "I'll escalate this to management".

NOTHING BUT ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS

I order the service manual for a 2005 Scion for my grandson. It was supposed to have 5500+ pages. What I got after emailing them I needed the product was a service manual for a 2007 and only 2800 pages instead of the 5500+ pages. I have emailed them several times to send the right item or refund my money. I am very disappointed and definately a buyer beware website

Purchased a manual... regretting it so much, wish I checked here first.

Have yet to receive anything, looks like the refund process will be long an annoying for the small amount of money I paid.

I placed an order and paid for it on 10 June 2022. Two months later, and after a number of excuses and fake links to couriers, I received the wrong item (was of inferior quality too). It was finally collected for a refund on 26 August 2022. To date (six weeks later) I have yet to receive my refund or a reason for the non payment.
I strongly advise everyone to keep away from this fly-by-night operation. Reliable Stores is a disgrace and an embarrassment to the online trading industry.
I would suggest that the staff get together and quickly hire a professional to run the company before everyone loses their jobs.
