I wish I could give zero stars!!!! Do NOT buy from from company. You WILL be disappointed. They provide horrible customer service. The product was horrible for $40 and they did nothing to rectify the matter. The video is in black and white and it has purple lines going through it. $40 down the drain.

Reliable media store worked out for my clients. It takes patience, but you a getting something not really available elsewhere AND its high quality.
I had issues with them at first... however, they sorted it out and my order was completed.
Try to get their price matched! Good luck... Great quality.

I ordered a dvd set of the show Fame. And yes, it took a really long time to get it. But they did answer my emails in a timely manner and the dvd quality is excellent!!!!! I received my product and was thrilled with it. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars was the long wait to receive. I'm so happy with my order however, I would recommend them if u want a out of print show. The quality was truly superb!! I find it was worth the wait.

I ordered a boxed DVD set of a television series in January '21. It is now April and have received NOTHING. The outfit is scam, a crime and a shame. Their mothers much be disgusted with them.

Reliable Store supplied a Suzuki SJ Series Workshop Manual in fulfilment of an order I placed with Best Manuals. They supplied a password protected compressed file, and neither of the two passwords they supplied allows me to extract the file (using an extraction utility they recommend). No response to requests for further assistance.

On December 25th. I ordered saved by the bell the new class. I received email conformation saying should receive in 7-10 business days. Then got an email saying i should get this week. Turns out it should be shipping this week. But haven't received tracking info for item. The only thing these people are good for is emailing you back. If you can avoid these people please do so.

Placed an order for a workshop/repair manual and was sent operator manual which we already have.
Tried contacting them time and time again no response.
Terrible business customer service and so much for money back guarantee.

I am happy with my purchase. Yes it took 4 months to be received (within the US) and you will need plenty of patience as well. However, I always had good communication with the seller and saved a lot of money. This was a large DVD set (The Love Boat with 72 DVDs) and the viewing quality is excellent.

My experience was awful!! I ordered the complete DVD set of Chicago Hope. They were impossible to get in touch with! I waited 4 MONTHS for my order!! When they did come THEY WERE BURNT DVD'S!! Thirty one burnt DVD's. Don't use these people!!!

Rip off scram

They take advantage of people in immediate need of a manual stating that they have them for immediate download but they don’t actually have them and hope to keep the money because not everyone will follow up and make sure they get refunded or the order cancelled. Basically a total rip off (see many other reviews on other sites)
