Definitely my favourite store!! Eveything in the shop is colour coordinated which makes it so nice to look through and buy, the vintage pieces are so cute and the originals are even better. The costumer service is honestly amazing both in the shop and online. Loved it xx

not delivered or refunded - ignored for over 2 months
I ordered a lovely skirt from here a few months ago and unfortunately the post man couldn't deliver and then did not reattempt or leave a delivery note so I could pick it up anywhere. Eventually it got sent back to Remass, they have since asked me to pay £6 via PayPal to get this redelivered, even though this is no fault of my own I was willing to pay this but I asked for alternative payment options as I don't have PayPal. They have now ignored by last 6 emails so I now do not have the skirt or a refund for over 2 months

Awful Experience
A shocking experience from start to finish.
Item wasn’t easily identified as secondhand, in fact it was even misleading when shown as “only 1 remaining “
Arrived in awful condition, holes, threads, ripped, dirty.
Remass tried to say only an exchange could be given. NOT TRUE, A REFUND SHOULD BE OFFERED
They then said we would have to pay for return postage. NOT TRUE AGAIN
They also then said that the item needed to be returned “before the end of the week” NOT TRUE AGAIN, 14 DAYS TO INFORM THEM AND ANOTHER 14 TO RETURN THE ITEM
A thoroughly dishonest company who try everything to mislead you concerning your statutory rights

We’re very sorry you feel this way. All of our items are clearly described as vintage/secondhand, and condition is reflected in both the description and imagery provided. “Only 1 remaining” simply reflects stock availability.
If an item arrives not as described, we absolutely offer a refund in line with UK consumer law. We do not deny statutory rights. Where an item is faulty, return postage is covered.

I haven’t received my order yet that I placed on July 19th. I’m giving them grace because I live in the US but my order wasn’t shipped until 4 weeks after my order. I hope it is worth the wait.
