Company rang 3 days running very pushy and obnoxious person. When told we are not interested he said so you are refusing to do your job to transfer me through ?
First call was on friday 24th and took 20 mins to be able to get the caller off the phone, very rude, and insistent they be transferred to someone. My colleague was upset by the call. They then called on Monday 27th and I spoke to them telling him we are not looking to bring on anyone new, we have an existing contract and that we do not transfer calls to anyone about utilities. Told him to call back November time . The same geordie accented gentleman rang again today Wednesday 29th and I spoke to him again. I told him he had called me about this yesterday and the answer was the same we are not interested at the moment and would not be able to transfer him to anyone. He said " so you are not going to do your job then " I told him my job is to vet unwanted sales calls. He said how do you know it is a sales call - I replied because you rang about the same thing yesterday. I gave him my name and my bosses name . I went to IT an i have asked them to block the callers number,. Very unprofessional and now we have a log of the company we defiantely wouldnt be interested or want to speak to them in November. 29.4.26 11.49
