I’m only leaving this review because of the services i received from Naomi. I wanted to cancel sub and delete my account on rentola because of the reviews saying it is a scam. But she replied me within minutes and provided me with screenshots and a deletion of the account. Great customer support. If you ask me.

Three months ago I deleted my account of rentola.
Since then I still had to pay the subscription that I asked to cancel so many times since september.
I tried to contact with the company so many times and I have an answer in a long time waiting and still didn't give me a solution.Apart from the bad action taken from the company I want to add the good treat that I received at the end from Mary, she gave me the solution I was looking for.

I signed up for a 7-day trial, but cancelled it after 3 days. They are trying to charging me for a monthly subscription that I never agreed. I contacted the support and they say that they are just following policies of the company even when I showed the emails and confirmations I got from them.

After several emails they cancelled the bill

It's a reasonable platform that delivers what's due and there's no problem on cancelling the signature.

Would I trust this company? Definitely definitely definitely not. This is a SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM company. They charge you a small fee to sign up for 7 days and a larger fee every month thereafter if you don't cancel. Other reviewers will tell you that it's from difficult to almost impossible to cancel. For this small fee they will give you more details for property that you are interested in. The properties are in my opinion not available. I say this because I own 2 properties that they say is up for rent. I can confirm that these properties are NOT available for rent. The photos are at least 2 years old and have been stolen from a local Estate Agents website. Avoid avoid avoid at all costs. SCAM SCAM SCAM company working out of Denmark.

The rentola charged wrong, but I talked with them through an email and Renver solve the problem!

I didn’t find any apartment our house to rent, there are many scams . But the support from rentola was very good once they replied me really quick

I’ve emailed your services 3 times already and no one has got back to me. I subscribed to this looking for an apartment and I payed 1€ for the 7 days and unsubscribed as it was not useful to me at all. Even though I “unsubscribed” they still took out 39€ Twice. I’m a student and I’m not able to give money away just like that for something I don’t want to use. So please get back to me as I want a refund as soon as possible. Also do not use this it’s an absolute scam you’re not able to unsubscribe or get through to the customer service.

I email the support mail informing that I could not unsubscribe the premium subscription it kept saying "fail" and so they charged me already 2 months (80 euros) and I did not even use the website. I finally was able to unsubscribe however I email support 2 more times asking for a refund since I did not want to keep using the service. No response until these dates. Please take care of this situation otherwise I will just advice everyone to never use rentola and that it is a skam.

You are threatened with debt collectors when you don't pay for this SCAM! They confirm then use them!

After a week I have received a response!! RENVER from the customer service team has kindly issued a refund to my account. It was stressful but got there in the end, I appreciate his help and he/she was a great help

I made an error on my subscription service which was totally my mistake. I reached out for advice and help and was met with efficiency, speed and a great solution. A very happy client

Who are these people???? I had a guy turn up on my doorstep last Saturday to view my home. He wanted to rent it. My home is not up for rental. It transpired that Rentola are advertising my home on their website. I felt so sorry for the guy as himself, his wife and 2 children have to leave where are currently living in 3 weeks and have no where to go. He was so disappointed. I went straight to the Garda and reported the site. They told me to advise the people to block the account they used to register on this site. There is no way to contact anyone at Rentola. I have sent 3 messages telling them to take down the advert and it is still there so I will probably have more people turning up. This is a dreadful situation for both myself and people looking for a home.

They did help, it was a slow process where replies were every two days.

DANGEROUS WEBSITE! Avoid using at all costs. Uses fake ads to scam you into transferring money. Not legit. 100% scam.

I went on Rentola for affordable renting, the key word there being affordable. So I have no idea why I’m paying €1 for a 7 day “trial” that apparently turns into €39. I cancelled straight away when I read the reviews.
€20 then to just go VIEW a house. What an absolute rip off!!! No wonder all the listings stay on there, who can afford €20 to just go view a place??

EDIT: they charged me €39 for cancelling!!! Thank god it was on my revolut and I top it up as I use it. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!

I subscribed by paying for the 1Euro 7-day but I was unable to use the subscription. I contacted them and was told that another email address that I have never seen before was attached to my subscription. They have been unable to resolve the issue. All i urgently need is a 2-bedroom apartment/house in Lucan. Kindly do something. I am desperate.
