Overall Renukrete was great! Meeting with the crew manager and doing a walkthrough in the beginning was helpful. Throughout the project the crew manager was informative and attentive. The project was completed in 3 days which was fantastic. The crew was very clean and made sure property and pool was taken care. After one month I am still very pleased with the pool patio. I am still in shock that this is an option for old concrete to be restored and become so pretty.

Our experience working with the Renukrete team was five star! Linda, project coordinator, replied in a timely manner to all our questions via email. The owner of the company presented us with the estimate and explained the process in detail. The crew was very polite and respectful. Cande, crew manager, was not only extremely hard working, he was very patient in explaining the color selection. He wanted to be sure we were satisfied with our choice. The one minor complaint is there is a small amount of a residual gritty, sand-like texture that remains on the deck and in the pool. However, over time this does dissipate.

Great team. Changed our whole pool yard

I had my pool deck and patio done a year ago this time and I am very upset after spending $25K that the surface is becoming pitted and the mortar is cracked in a number of places. I just contacted Linda today and am hoping to hear from her so they can rectify the problem.

The most descriptive word I can think of to describe our RenuKrete pool deck crew is talented. The guys were agreeable, dedicated & beyond capable. The final result to our 50-year old pool is remarkable and we are very pleased with the result.

We LOVE our new RenuKrete patio! The 5 man crew was professional and polite and their leader explained everything to us before they executed it. It also helped that RenuKrete provided a short 7 minute tutorial so we knew what to expect. The crew left our backyard cleaned up, vacuumed our pool and even blew off some of the "dust" or on adjacent screened in porch. A+ experience!

The 5 Star comes from the work that was done. Very creative, and the workers were like an army. They were in sync with the leader of the team, and although English is not their language, the lead was fairly good with English. They took their lunch and immediately restarted with the process. Excellent workers. As for Linda--she was very professional and consultative. We met with Alex the owner--he was our deciding factor with Linda's guidance and showed us something about the company. They took pictures--but I think you need sunnier days to capture the look better.

We started with a 37-year-old concrete pool deck and now it looks brand new and beautiful. We found the installers to be very competent and easy to work with. We were consulted at every phase and they were very careful with the surrounding landscaping and flowers. When they finished the project they left the property very clean and they even vacuumed the pool.
