The crews were great . So far everything looks great

Excellent job renewing our outdated concrete pool deck. Took care of cracks as well as uneven pavement slabs that were a trip hazard. Beautiful overall look!

The founder of the company met with us and explained the process that would be used. When the crew arrived the forman introduced himself. They then began working. During the process they answered any questions we had. As they finished the project, we compared their work to the photo we had chosen in their brochure and it matched perfectly. We will highly recommend Nick and his employees.

RenuKrete stayed in constant communication on the status of the work as weather can and did alter plans. Questions were answered promptly and additional information was rapidly provided. From the very first communication, each person I spoke with was very pleasant. They explained the process thoroughly, answering all my questions. The crew were all so nice and very hardworking. The project area was kept very neat and clean and they asked me for my approval every step of the way. We had a prior quote to replace all the pavers at over $100K...So when I looked for another option I found RenuKrete. I will admit my husband was a skeptic...BUT now is overjoyed at how it turned out. INCREDIBLE. I highly recommend!! I will post photos soon of our new BEAUTIFUL pool area!!

RenuKrete was wonderful to work with. They did a great job explaining the process and providing recommendations prior to signing our contract. They also scheduled the work to be started and completed in the requested time frame. The onsite manager during the process was easy to work with and provided continuous communication throughout the process which is not something a lot of companies do. The final product looks great and is ready for the start of summer!

Great product and excellent customer service. All the staff are profession, competent, and courteous.

The Renukrete process is clear and easy to understand. During a vendor visit to the worksite the process was clearly explained detailing what could and could not be done. It was the end of season and a 10% discount was offered. As a result an installation contract was signed. The single biggest problem turned out to be the weather which interrupted the installation. Combined with the fact that the installation crew was coming from a distance scheduling became an issue. This led to the process being rushed in my opinion as some of the work had to be redone due to rain washing away some of the coating. The short days and the lack of good sun exposure on the deck caused the drying process to be excessively long and the crew finally resorted to using diesel fueled heaters to aid in the drying. Ultimately, the final product is close to what we were expecting but the coloring is somewhat lighter than what we were looking for.

The crew was extremely professional and left the property clean and picked up every day. Very dependable and courteous.

I was a bit skeptical at first but watching the progress and seeing the finished product we could not be happier with our decision to go with Renu Krete! They lifted one of the slabs as well and it is perfect! Our 38 yr old pool patio looks brand new! The crew was very polite and friendly, they kept the work area clean and explained each step of the job!
