So professional and very efficient. Our expectations were exceeded and are very happy with the outcome.

We were very pleased with the overall results of our pool surround and walkway. It is beautiful and really does look like flagstone! We were impressed and amazed with the process of using our existing concrete to create a pattern that looks like stone. Linda and Wilbur, were lovely to work with and addressed all our questions and concerns. The crew were efficient and worked quickly although a bit more attention to detail regarding our lawn and stones surrounding the pool would have been appreciated.

I had my pool deck done by Renukrete 5 years ago and had them come out this year for a "Refresh." Overall, the work has held up very well since the original installation, but was looking a bit dirty. Wilber and another worker spent 1/2 day cleaning the concrete and reapplied the guard coat. It looks brand new again. I couldn't be happier!

The team that did the work on our pool deck was phenomenal. Very conscientious of our concerns, extremely hard working and respectful of the property and pool area in clean up each day. Really took the time to ensure we were happy with our choice and liked the shading that could be done with what they had. Really pleased with the outcome and have had nothing but positive comments about it.

The crew, which is not subcontracted out, was professional and diligent. They created an awesome transformation that we love. I had my pool deck renovated by Renukrete 4 years ago. I have a lot of trees in my yard, so the concrete gets dirty. Renukrete came out last month for a "Refresh" - to clean the deck and reapply the guard coat. It looks like it did the day it was finished 4 years ago. So happy!

Renukrete was recommended by our neighbors who had their deck renovated by them several years ago. We were having a graduation party for our daughter In June and desperately needed to upgrade our old concrete pool deck. Renukrete was able to complete the work in May with little mess in just 4 days. We were able to use the pool the following day. The pool deck was the topic of conversation at the party! Met with the owner who was very nice and explained everything in detail. The crew worked very hard to create a clean-looking resurface of the old, concrete pool deck. The finished product was very attractive.
I had been searching for about seven years before I found a company that I thought I could trust. My biggest concern over the years was would the treatment hold up to New England weather and was reassured by the owner it would. NOT TRUE. By eight month's time, the concrete expansion joints started crumbling and the surface paint lost adherence.
It's impossible to speak to anyone at the company and they have not returned any form of communication other than an automated message. The recording wants people to start the whole process over, which I did, yet all I got was automated messages they received my photos. I've been waiting for two months to hear from someone.
I realize they are not local to me, but certainly could respond and set up a time when they are in my area.
I'm sorry I recommended them to seven of my neighbors!

Great experience. Finished product looked exactly like the brochure. The crew was very punctual, communicated the process well and were very professional. I’d recommend this process to anyone with a slightly aging concrete pool deck.

RenuKrete did an amazing job! Easy to work with, prompt and clear communication; we were able to get an in person estimate quickly where everything was explained. They gave us a cost and a date and stuck to both (which in my home project experience never happens). The crew showed up exactly on time. They were friendly, clean, efficient. They double checked the color with me before they finished and finished the project early, done in 2 days. The out come is outstanding! Looks like I have a whole new pool. The work has totally transformed our pool area for the better. Brightened the pool deck up, looks fresh, clean, stylish. I absolutely love it. So far it has withstood sun, rain, kid pool parties, cookouts and still looks perfect.

In just 3 days, with minimal disruption, our pool deck was transformed from a boring concrete slab, to an attractive deck that looked close to what a true bluestone deck would look like. While not inexpensive, well worth the investment. Renukrete was truly professional in their presentation and work performed.

First and foremost we love the RenuKrete look. Our back yard looks like a resort. It is hard to believe the difference. Start to finish professional. Linda explained the process and it’s exactly what she described and what you read. The crew was meticulous with the details described by Linda. They went over every step with us especially matching the design and color scheme we wanted.
I looked at many options and was concerned that any overlay would peel and/chip.and thought that making my old worn dirty concrete given new life was the way to go.
Friends that have seen the new look are amazed it’s our old cement patio. I have already recommended RenuKrete for a co-worker.
