Consultation, planning and proposal process with Linda was very well done. Very knowledgeable and patient, answering my many questions to make a fully informed decision. Will was very professional lead and his team are hard working skilled crew. Concrete cuts are a work of art. Will worked with us to dial in the exact brown color accent needed to perfectly match our area. He also hand finished our stamped concrete sidewalks with same color because none of the color pallet selections did not quite fit. Overall work product would be considered excellent, but the inadvertent driveway damage and unexpected plastic shards found in river rocks around pool and more so within the pool from the removal of white expansion joints was concerning. Wish I noticed these upon final checklist review. These and other small nuances kept rating from 5 stars. But, most important is the fact their completed work is beautiful and pool area looks amazing!

Job turned out as expected. The crew were a great group, they worked 2 full days in a row and completed the job ahead of schedule.

The men who did the refresher work at out house were not only skilled and thorough buy also congenial in explaining what they were doing. We could not be more pleased with the product. The original job was done in 2020 and still looks new after 3 years.

The crew doing the work were respectful and very skilled at the work at hand. They worked very diligently and thoroughly to complete the project. Alex can be proud of his staff and office personnel. We would recommend Renu-Krete to any family and friends.

The entire experience was really great. As others have said, the RenuKrete operation is a fresh wind for anyone who has dealt with contractors that dont have their "story" together. Here is a group that is responsive, creates a great product and is a pleasure to deal with. The workers were easy to deal with and made sure we were involved in every step. The outcome is just stunning and such an improvement. The workers cleaned up at the end, they even stayed longer to finish the job before the weekend.

Wilber and guys did a great job! The work site was clean and the pool was vacuumed after the job was completed. We are very pleased and look forward to many years of enjoyment on our renewed pool deck.

Excellent job perfect company I recommend it to everybody

The price of this treatment is exorbitant, considering there is nothing structural about it. The materials are minimal. It's all labor. The crew was nice, but the foreman was a bit curt in the beginning and asked for a check before they began work. The process took three days and the end result was good, but I had to supervise many small issues with cleanliness of grout lines, etc. They applied the last step of color in an hour. That's rushing the process. Also, the coping and steps were damaged in the process and the office refused to communicate about it. The issues were resolved, but the communication with the office is problematic.

The people at RenuKrete are great from the initial meeting to completion.

Fast service and a lot of good communication

Delighted with the improvement in the appearance of our deck. Unsightly cracks and discolorations are gone. It looks like a new deck.

I have to say this was one of the best companies with which I have ever worked. They said they’d get it done before the end of April. Two weeks later we got a start date in midMarch. It kept getting delayed day by day due to the rain, but they got it finished and kept me posted every day. They said it would take only two days—that’s all it took. They walked us through the whole process more than once and even sent a video showing us everything to expect. When it was completed, they sent us followup materials on care as well as safety. Everyone was great with whom to work from the company president to the project manager Linda to the crew leader Cande and the crew. We lime the finished project even better than when the original KoolDeck was first put down ten years ago or more. I can’t remember any project requiring so little of us, which was so well communicated and so well executed.

After renovating our 40-year-old Anthony Sylvan pool the equally old concrete decking around the pool was looking its age and detracting from the beauty of the new-looking pool. The expense of ripping the old concrete out and replacing it with either newly poured concrete or pavers was cost-prohibitive so we resigned ourselves to the notion that the pool area was "good enough". That is until we received a mailer from RenuKrete offering an alternative. We followed up and had an appointment for a consultation within days. We were provided information on the RenuKrete process and were sold on the product. The project was completed in three days. The foreman and workers were professional, helpful, and friendly. We couldn't be happier with the outcome. The concrete was fully rejuvenated and looks brand new. The new look is stunning and everyone who has seen it was amazed. We highly recommend RenuKrete for anyone wanting to have a new face on their old concrete at a fraction of the cost of replacement. Great product and great company!

Renukrete truly gave us our pool are back. Lisa and Linda were wonderful to deal with. They were patient and not pushy and explained our options to us. We waited several years from first calling then and I wish we had decided sooner to go ahead. The crew adjusted the colors for us to match our backyard and also cleanded up well. We highly recommend RenuKrete to anyone with a pool who wants the surround to look nicer!
