RenuKrete is the first company I would truly give five stars to. Our home has a relative large pool and pool surround which was made from concrete. I has been an eye sore fro YEARs and we thought we were stuck with it. About five years ago we had a company apply a cool coating over it. It lasted about two years and then it started to chip and peel. I literally thought I was at whits end and we would have to dig up the entire deck and build a new one. Then came the postcard from heaven - as my wife called it - with the Renukrete photos on it. We had a sales person come out and evaluate the project and it turned out they could do it. They removed the overcoat and started fresh, without removing the old concrete. I would say the whole process took a bit more than a week. The crew was fantastic and easy to work with. Its been two years now and it looks pretty much like new. Definitely a huge improvement for us. Can't think of anything they could have really done better. We just love it. Definitely five starts!

We had a truly outstanding experience with RenuKrete. Our pool is about 20 years old and the concrete is just as old. We did not know that it could be updated until our neighbors did theirs with them. I saw the result and we felt that it would be the best solution for us too. We had the pool deck renovated about two years ago and it still looks fabulous. It got A LOT of use during the pandemic and since, and I feel it’s really a good investment. People always ask me “how does it hold up”, and I tell them that it pretty much looks like new. We had it washed this year and it made it pop again. Janet was tremendous to work with, as was the crew that came out. Seemed like they take this very seriously and the result proves it!

Linda and her team did an excellent job from the first interaction until the job was complete. We had RenuKrete renovate our pool deck and it came out great. The color choice was difficult because they don’t have actual samples before but the crew leader made one specifically for us which helped a lot. I can’t say how much more we enjoy our pool deck now. It’s such a difference even in the cold weather. Such a pleasure to look at. Great job really!

Thank you for the opportunity to comment on your work. RenuKrete did a marvelous job on our pool deck last season. Apparently we were honored with being one of the first with the new sandstone color palette. It came out great for us as it complements the house and the entire backyard really well. The workers were just excellent. They were very easy to talk to, they always checked how we were doing through the project and made sure everything was done as we expected. I really wish more companies would run like this one. We are really very happy with the choice and can only recommend it to others.

Looking at the finished product it looks good. I do see some of the grout lines are deeper than others and collect water which I’m not sure could be a problem down the road. The payment process using a credit card on line document was difficult to navigate. There was no collateral damage to surrounding property and the cleanup was good. Contacting the office by phone should be easier than an automated recording then dialing an extension from a cell phone. Texting with my project mgr.,Linda did work well.

Lovely company, wonderful staffs, great management and wonderful quality

I was extremely pleased with RenuKrete. The scheduling was easy, and the crew arrived on time on the day scheduled. The crew chief explained everything and worked with us on the colors to be used.They even cleaned the pool when they were done. I would definitely recommend RenuKrete to anyone looking to improve the look of their concrete.

As an update to the review below: I originally posted the review below as I was getting the "run-around" from customer service via e-mail for several weeks. Ultimately, the company did stand behind the product and removed all of the staining. The only reason I do not give them 5 stars, is that I think it is unfortunate that the product can be stained by rust from outdoor aluminum furniture.

The RenuKrete product is of poor quality and does not last. If it becomes dirty, it's there forever, because power washing will take the stain off as well. I wish this was properly explained to me before I made a significant monetary investment, though I do distinctly remember my husband and I asking this Exact question before we signed the contract. Renukrete is a poor option, as it does not maintain its original appearance beyond a few weeks.

The most professional company we have ever dealt with. The results are outstanding! What a transformation of old space!

Great work making old boring concrete look new.. a little messy but everything nest and clean when finished. Well worth it!

The entire Renukrete company is so awesome from start to finish. I am very picky about work to be done at my home and this was one of the best experiences we have had. Have you had people not call you back when you’re trying to get something done at your home? You will NOT experience this with them. It came out beautiful. It’s a shame we are closing the pool now. I would just suggest that you be there for the final walkthrough. Any imperfections will be taken care of before they leave. Everything was done in 3 days like they said it would.

Our pool area is a great meeting place for our family. However, the concrete patio was showing its age and needed a new look. After researching the quick fix and total replacement options, we decided on the Renu-Krete process. Lisa was our first contact and did a great job explaining our options. Our questions were clearly answered by Alex. His thorough knowledge of the process really made the decision easy. Our newly created deck looks spectacular. It's just what we were looking for. The install crew arrived on time and the job was finished on time. The work areas were cleaned of all tools and debris during the process. If you're looking for a recreation of your pool oasis then go no further than Renu-Krete. You won't be disappointed.

The before and after look is absolutely unbelievable!! Very much worthwhile investment and the crew was amazing!! Kudos to all, from the office to the field!!

Received mailer in our mailbox in August for area code 08008. When we called the recording told us to visit website. We did we uploaded photos. Only to be told by email which I never got had to inquire again that the company doesn’t serve our area
So here’s the question. Why
Serving all of New Jersey is false advertising. I’m in New Jersey and I’m told you don’t serve that area. Can anyone explain that. I’m pretty sure 08008 is NJ
Maybe you need to change the advertising and say limited areas of NJ.

To your reply. You do know who I am I have emails to show that u responded to my inquiries. You requested photos of my pool surround I sent them. Twice. And you acknowledged them. Then you sent me email saying you don’t service our area
Why ask for photos then say you don’t service.
I don’t care at this point because we have found another company but don’t try to throw BS around.

Excellent! We are so happy with our decision to have RenuKrete update our pool deck. We had 3 different cements. One original around the pool then we added stamped concrete to increase border with an UGLY old cement in junction to that. I really thought we were stuck with it. But your product did its magic. The guys were attentive to my requests and were thorough. They worked very hard. My husband was concerned with the deck stairs, removing and replacing but your team offered the perfect solution and worked around them. We are so pleased with the end result. I would highly recommend them. And have!!

THE JOB WAS GREAT. THE CREW WERE SLOPPY.
THEY DUMPED GREY PAINT ON MY SHURBES AND DELAWARE ROCKS. EMPTY WATER BOTTLES IN MY POOL ( WHICH I FOUNR IN THE SKIMMER ) AND UNDER MY BUSHES, OTHERWISE EVERYTHING WAS GREAT.

I am very pleased with the results of my pool renovation project. The guys did a fantastic job and we’re very attentive and accommodating. It makes it look like it’s a new Pool.

Hi - I wanted to wait a while before I wrote my review. You were probably wondering why you haven't received it. I wanted to wait to see how the concrete faired during some rainstorms, how it faired with people walking on it dripping wet, and how it faired moving furniture on it such as lounge chairs when I'm trying to grab the last few minutes of sunshine at the end of the day. And so far so good! It still looks great. Any one who's seen it is very impressed. I tried explaining the procedure and apparently there's a lot of people out there that don't know it exists. Thank you.
