Double check addresses
It took me over 2 weeks to get the product because someone wrote the incorrect and incomplete address. I could get no assistance from auspost but my son-in-lAw could check because his business post things often and he was able to find out more than I could. I haven’t opened it because it is a gift for my daughter and now I’ll have to send it on to her; I was hoping to give it to her when we dropped in a week or so ago. She lives 6 hours away. So I’m hoping she’ll love your product but my experience was frustrating and I was sure it wasn’t going to get to me.

Hi Pam
Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about the frustration caused by the delay.
After reviewing your order, we can confirm the address used for shipment was exactly as entered at checkout. Once an order is dispatched, we’re unable to amend delivery details, as Australia Post delivers strictly based on the information provided.
While we understand the timing was disappointing, particularly as this was a gift, delivery issues with the carrier are unfortunately outside of our control. For this reason, we do ask customers to carefully check address details before completing their order.
We’re pleased to hear the parcel has now arrived and hope your daughter loves the product.
If you need any further assistance, please contact our team at sales@rescueswag.com.au.

Hi Peter
Thank you for your feedback. Upon reviewing your order, we can see it was placed on 3 March at 10:30 am.
Our team processed the order promptly, within an hour of placement. However, it missed our same-day shipping cut-off and was dispatched on 4 March.
Delivery was attempted at your nominated address on 5 March, but as no one was available to receive the item, it was sent to your local post office for collection. This follows Australia Post’s standard procedure when a customer has not requested the item be left in a safe place if unattended.
We understand it can be frustrating when items don’t arrive in line with expectations, and we apologise for any disappointment caused by this experience.

Good General Purpose Kit
Service was excellent. Contents seem comprehensive for a general purpose First Aid Kit. Good to know individual modules are readily available, if needed. Add some reassurance for my general life.

It’s a great kit
It’s a great kit.
I know instructions are on line.
I didn’t see instructions in the swag. Think it would be useful what to do with the different bandages and exactly how to do the right thing in the panic of the moment with either a snake bite or burn .
Otherwise very good little bag. Thank you.
