Keely Wesley is a highly responsible manager. He is diligent and dedicated in his work.I communicate with him very easily and enjoy contacting with him for my property.

JLL has been doing a good job for managing my apartment that has been leased out for many year. Ms Keely Wesley (Senior Property Manager) has been dealing on issues that requires attention professionally and has been very responsive to any queries or information that I require from time to time. With her, I do not have to worry about any issues as I know for sure, she will have it sorted directly unless approvals are required.

Terrible rental experience with Qing at Greenwich branch. Lazy, unprofessional and utterly basic. Avoid at all costs.

Told Me the Curtains Were Installed — They Were Never Even Ordered

JLL’s handling of my property management issue was extraordinarily poor from start to finish.

Following tenant checkout, expensive voile curtains had been removed from my apartment. Remarkably, JLL failed to identify this during their own inspection process — I had to bring it to their attention myself.

After eventually agreeing to deduct funds from the tenant’s deposit for replacement curtains, I was repeatedly informed in writing that the replacements had been ordered and installed. For almost a year I relied on those assurances.

It later emerged that no order had ever been placed.

Only when I personally attended the property during a subsequent checkout did I discover that the apartment still had no curtains at all.

JLL later attempted to characterise this as an “oversight” or “delay”, despite the fact I had explicitly been told by email that the curtains had already been ordered.

To make matters worse, the eventual replacement proposed was not even like-for-like with the original installation and would have required unnecessary removal of existing fittings.

After many months of chasing, escalating complaints, and involving The Property Ombudsman, JLL acknowledged “shortcomings” and offered limited compensation, but never properly accepted responsibility for the misleading information repeatedly provided.

My experience was one of poor oversight, weak communication, lack of accountability, and an exhausting complaints process.

I would not use JLL again.

之后，JLL 表示会从租客押金中扣除费用用于更换窗帘，并多次通过电子邮件明确告知我，新窗帘已经订购并安装完成。

然而，将近一年后，我亲自到公寓检查时才发现：根本没有任何新窗帘被安装。

后来 JLL 承认，他们事实上从未下过订单。

更令人失望的是，JLL 之后试图将此事轻描淡写地描述为“沟通问题”或“流程延误”，尽管他们曾明确书面告知我窗帘已经订购完成。

不仅如此，他们后来提出的替代方案甚至不是与原有配置一致的“同规格更换”，还需要拆除现有轨道并重新安装，完全没有必要。

在经历了长时间的追问、投诉升级以及提交至英国 Property Ombudsman（物业申诉专员）之后，JLL 虽然承认服务存在“缺失”，也提出了有限赔偿，但始终没有真正对其误导性信息承担责任。

我的整体体验是：管理混乱、监督失职、沟通失实，以及一个令人筋疲力尽的投诉过程。

我不会再次使用 JLL。

Paige Waller has been extremely professional, responsive, and helpful throughout the entire property management process. She is always quick to communicate, patient with questions, and very reliable in handling any issues that arise. Her support has made everything much smoother and less stressful.
