I would give 0 if I could. Like other reviews listed, withdrawals were being taken out unexpectedly. Almost $100 for me. There’s nowhere to contact this company and get answers. Makes me sick how people are just trying to make their lives better with work. And, this company creates stress.

Resume.com took an initial payment from me to create ONE resume. Two weeks later, a monthly fee was deducted that I hadn’t agreed to. The phone number extension for cancellation was “not available” as was that option on their website.

website is not working correctly. They are charging for no reason 75 euro per month. Highly not recommend, scammers

They said they would optimize my resume. They charged me even after i cancelled service. Then prorated my refund. AI chatbots are better at providing an optimized resume. I was passed over for position that would have increased my income significantly.

I used resume.com to create a resume and then canceled my resume.com account on the same day The company has been charging my credit card almost $30 a month for multiple months now.. This is totally unauthorized. I cannot reach the company to have it resolved. I had to cancel my credit card. Terrible unethical company. Do not use!

It was to be free trial and they charged me. I hope I can continue to use the service without paying since I was charged for a free trial 😕

They absolutely will steal your money, you will have to cancel your debit card.

Im pretty sure they are not free. Remember if it's free - you are the product. They most likely sell your resumes and information in bulk to highest bidder. In About Us nothing about the team or owners. Super shady!

I will give this so called Company 0 star. I was not aware of subscriptions and I don't do subscriptions and I didn't even pay for any subscriptions and CV because I can do CV by myself. I don't even know how they locate my bank card details and they went behind my back without my consent to withdraw money from my account, later I found out that I put my card on google and that's where they went behind to take money from my account. This so called company now tell me to give them my last 4 digit card number and I should give them my bank details to scam me out of all my money claiming they want to refund my money back to me thinking they are talking to a stupid person.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND MY PERFECT CV BECAUSE THEY SEEMS TO BE WORKING TOGETHER TO SCAM ME. STAY AWAY FROM THEM, THEY ARE SCAM.

Unaware of subscription. Poses as another company to gain card details.

Avoid this company. The software for creating a CV is sufficient. The business operations were nothing short of appalling. I canceled my account within the time frame allowed. They continued to make deductions from my bank account. I contacted them on numerous occasions to have this resolved. Dealing with the customer service team was shocking, I can truly advise it was the worst business interaction I have ever had. I recommend other consumers avoid this organization at all costs. They are unethical. I needed to get my bank involved in an attempt to stop these unlawful deductions.

Crooks! Charge was suppose to be $2.99, they decided to charge again few days later 34.99, no receipt for the charges, I will be reporting them to the government.

If I could give -5, I would. This is NOT FREE! At the end of finishing up the resume, they charge you and it's a stupid subscription. They say the FREE, is the Share part. My a$$, you can't share it to employers, it is still in the build resume mode. I hate when websites claim to be free, when they are 💯% not.

These guys are crooks. They continue to debit money from your account even if you did not agree. I spoke to customer service and Chris is a jerk. Avoid this it is a scam!

Do NOT waste your time! It’s NOT free and lies about its free feature! All blocked by a paywall! Whatever time you spend creating one will be extorted requiring a payment and recurring fee that will never be refunded! I despise liars!!!

This company makes it impossible to cancel. I cancelled with the automated system and thought, good it's done. Two months later it pops back up on my account. I called to cancel and ask for a refund, and they asked for proof I cancelled the account. I asked for a supervisor, but they kept asking why I wanted a supervisor....very frustrating! Stay FAR AWAY from this company!
