I would give 0 stars for scamming people into thinking that the resume is for free or a small fee. then I looked at my credit card statement and i was charged a subscription fee!!!! what the hell do I need a subscription for????

This company is a scam. Beware. It says it’s free for one month then charges your visa without your permission. They snuck in charges for a year. We’ve been trying to cancel the subscription for 6 months and they keep charging us!!!

This company sucks!!! I canceled the service and they still charged me for two months and they would not, and we’re not willing to refund me anything. if the resumes are not that great anyway

Literally won't let me download or print it without signing in than refuses to let me sign in. Completely useless.

This site may seem trustworthy because of the high amount of positive reviews. The positive reviews are fake, made by people who were likely paid by company to make them. Actually, I would not be surprised if the employees of the company were the ones writing the fake positive reviews themselves. No real person actually uses this site and enjoys it. There are 0 people on this Earth who would be willing to pay $25 A MONTH for a resume service, because who the heck is creating $25 worth of new resumes every single month? Nobody. The only reason this site has subscribers is because they scam people into it. Positive reviews are fake. Make a resume for free. There are THOUSANDS of free resume templates. Do your research to find which are free, this one is not. Resume.com is an evil, soulless company. THEY WILL SCAM YOU OUT OF MONEY. They will charge your card without your knowledge or permission. They will steal your money and you will never get it back. I paid a one time fee of approximately $1, they do not tell you that you are subscribing to ANYTHING. The website PROMISES you are only being charged a ONE TIME fee. There are ZERO, absolutely ZERO places where the website tells you that you are subscribing to anything. Just to be safe, I IMMEDIATELY sent a customer service email asking not to be subscribed to anything, as I have been scammed like that before. They never responded and stole my money anyway after only one week (even though the $1 fee was meant to give me access for at least 2 weeks). I have emailed and called and they NEVER get back to you because they are evil, deceptive scammers. These people make their money by stealing from others and it is disgusting. The customer service reps they respond on this site pretending to care disgust me even more. Their attitudes are horrible. They will lie to you and say that all you have to do is email them and they will take care of it. They DO NOT CARE about you and they WILL NOT EVER REFUND YOU. Period. It does not matter if you call and email, the customer service is nonexistent, these people are criminals. STAY AWAY!!!!!!

They randomly charge your credit card then tell you to "write in by mail" as they have a high call volume. I bet! Especially when they keep charging your credit card for no known reason. We used them once!!! These are deceptive practices that involve theft! BEWARE!

i invested 2 hours for writing my resume and suddenly the page crash...it dint got saved automatically....what kind of service they are providing....i shouldnt have used it on first place.
Except zety maximum website of resume building are pathetic.

They are scammers. Created an account then unable to login the very next day. Very poor customer service.

Utterly useless -way too much white space on the page to make anyone with more than two jobs in their career into a one-page format. Its free and you will find out why. Oh and you wont find this out until youre completely done and try to print a copy

It really is free, but their templates make use of space poorly, with a zealous fondness of white space that doesn't add to the appearance and makes it very hard to create a one-page resume. This pairs poorly with limited customization, so if you want a one-pager you just have to include much less than you would with other tools.

This company is a scam. They are unethical. Do not sign up for this poor service. The customer service representative is rude and not helpful in any way shape or manner. I asked for a manager and she said she was the manager and no one in support was higher than her. There are many other programs out there that can provide you a better product with better customer service. Buyer beware. You will be taken advantage of with this faulty product!!!

This tool is utterly useless to me, as I am incapable of entering my actual legal name. The tool rejects the apostrophe in my name, as it is an "invalid character." If I cannot put my actual legal name on a Resume, it becomes pretty useless. This is an experience-ruining issue.
