First of all, I would like to say, I thought the purchasing of an annuity would be horrific, with endless phone calls, and forms to fill in. I could not have been more wrong! With Oliver Scott, and Matthew Gordon on the case the whole process was swift, professional, and friendly. Also, on top of this they managed to get me a great quote and payment. Really good company, very helpful in setting up my annuity. Particular customer-focused support from David Brewer, who sourced the annuity and provided guidance over several months, and Louise Szombara, who skilfully managed setting up of the annuity with the chosen provider.

Retirement Line set up an annuity using two of my work pensions (L&G, RL) with Aviva. It took a little over a month, which was much faster than I expected. Kimberley Kennedy-Newbegging and Jasmine Soulby were fantastic throughout the process, being friendly, patient and communicative. I would definitely recommend this company.

I dealt with Retirement Line regarding quotations to take an annuity from my pension fund. I spoke on a regular basis to David Brewer to receive the latest percentage rates for my fund to give me a monthly amount based on my type of annuity choices.
It was a pleasure speaking with David each time. He returned my calls promptly and called me on our pre-planned dates and times promptly. I felt reassured knowing anything I queried would be answered immediately.

Very pleased with the service provided by Retirement Line with regard to purchase of a lifetime annuity

Initially, made contact with Thomas Handley who provided an initial quote and any information I required. We had regular checkins and updated quotes until I reached my 55th birthday and was happy to proceed with purchasing the annuity

From them, the remaining admin tasks to setup the policy and transfer from my previous provider were expertly dealt with by Scott Mulhern

Both Thomas and Scott were approachable throughout the process and always responded to queries by email or phone

Oliver Scott and Scott Mulhearn were excellent when it came to the end of my fixed term pension plan. They obtained for me a new plan which was better than I expected and they were always there if I had any questions. My wife has a plan that ends next year and we will not hesitate to use Direct Line again.

The guys (Rolands Ewins, Ben Payne, Johnathon Davis) at retirementline have always been very prompt and professional when dealing with my 500 different questions and asking for different quotes for varying sizes of my pension pot many times over the course of 3 months.
