As a company they pulled several small pension pot together that had accrued of time. to form 1 package. kept me informed through out the process. completed on time.

I am glad I found Retirement Line for my pension .Matthew and Lucy were very efficient , which made the whole process stress -free.

My first contact was with Joshua Lawson who was very approachable and patient he explained all of the different options available and sent through all relevant documentation via email for us to compare at no point were we pressurised to make a decision and was more then happy to wait until we had looked at a different company in order to compare what was available. Once we decided to proceed with retirement line Sarah Harrison became our contact point and she always responded quickly to any questions or issues that arose during the process. I recently purchased an annuity through Retirement Line and would recommend them without hesitation. My initial contact was with Will Niedzwiecki who explained very clearly the various options, always replying to emails promptly and efficiently. Once I had settled on my final choice the rest of the process, liaising between my pension provider and my chosen annuity provider, was handled by Beate Chinta who was equally efficient and professional. Buying an annuity is a really stressful activity - all that money, all those decisions that are going to affect you for the rest of your life. Retirement Line’s Annuity Specialist, William Niedzwiecki (and before him Daniel Milton) were wonderful - v clear in all their explanations and v patient when we kept asking for different quotes. Once we’d finally finalized our decisions about which one to buy, Lucy Thompson at Retirement Line took over to ensure that the purchase went ahead as quickly as possible - keeping us updated as things progressed. I’d wondered about using a broker because of paying commission, but I compared costs with buying direct and they looked similar. The commission is paid by the annuity provider and I would say that william and lucy deserve every penny of it. I highly recommend this company.

If you are coming up to retirement & looking for a Company to search the market for the best annuity rates etc, I would thoroughly recommend Retirement Line. I found them friendly, helpful, and easy to deal with. I dealt primarily with Dan Milton & Safeen(Saf) Kauser, both of whom provided me with excellent & timely service. Between them they provided the info I needed to make an informed decision and kept me in the picture all the time as to the admin process. All the admin was done on my behalf so all was relatively stress free. An easy Company to deal with and I wasn't made to feel under pressure to make quick decisions.

A truly excellent service which exceeded my expectation in every way. Thomas Handley was prompt and reactive and carefully explained the product and process. The original quote was not the highest but I felt more comfortable with the individuals, their level of knowledge, experience, the service and the process than from other providers. In the end when the final amount came through from the annuity provider it exceeded the quote which was pleasing. Andrew Rist carefully monitored all aspects of the process start to finish and at all times I felt like I had a good understanding of where the process was and how long things would take. Cant recommend enough. If you are looking around just go with Retirement Line and stop your search you will be in safe hands.

A very smooth process-From the first contact and assistance in obtaining the ideal annuity right through to the payment of the pension .The whole process was first rate-did not feel rushed into making a decision ,regular updates throughout -could not have been easier .
