From my very first conversation with Thomas Handley, I knew I was dealing with true professionals. Thomas invested significant time in understanding my circumstances, objectives, and the health considerations of both myself and my wife. His knowledge of the annuity market was outstanding, and he secured by far the best quotation available to me.

I had explored comparison websites and spoken with Independent Financial Advisers, but none were able to come close. It's clear that Retirement Line's long-standing relationships with providers, combined with their specialist expertise and market knowledge, enable them to obtain rates that others simply cannot match.

Once I accepted the quotation, Sarah Harrison took over the administration and processing of my application. The service from that point onwards was flawless. Sarah kept me informed throughout, handled everything with professionalism and efficiency, and made what could have been a complex process remarkably straightforward.

There were a couple of unexpected issues along the way involving two of my pension providers, but these were dealt with swiftly and expertly. The advice and support I received were first-class, and the outcome was exactly as promised, with my annuity being established fully in line with the original quotation.

Very satisfied with the service I received. I was initially interested in taking out an annuity but was not sure how it all worked. Thomas Handley patiently explained all the options making sure I understood and was fully informed before I made any decisions. Once decided, my application itself which included a pension transfer, was very ably handled by Scott Mulhern successfully setting up my annuity and liaising with the pension companies. Throughout, communication was excellent with regular updates. I felt I was in the hands of trusted professionals and it was very reassuring knowing that they were working on my behalf

The service i recieved was very helpful they took me through the process of getting my pension payments step by step. I would like to thank everybody involved.

From the initial call to the final annuity set up, Retirement Line provided clarity and fast communication. Ed Starling first took my account and set up meetings as and when required to guide me through the annuity process. It was advantageous to have an experienced broker backed with a large company, who were able to get a preferential rate. I did the maths and yes, it really is better! Once the application was sent, John Quinn managed my case and kept me in the loop all the way, promptly and professionally answering my queries. There were some aspects of my annuity that were different to a standard, but it was handled without any issues. I did have a problem with the annuity provider delaying, which caused a drop in the rate. However, Retirement Line were able to 'weigh in' and negotiate an acceptable rate. All in all, it was a seamless experience which took the stress out of setting up an annuity. With this amount of money involved, it pays to leave it to professionals and I would gladly recommend Retirement Line, particularly Ed Starling and John Quinn.
