Generally easy to use to rate your experience of different solicitors, plus an area to provide additional comments.
The one-line entry on the link I got was a bit misleading though: I entered a comment, followed by a click on the rating, which then took me to a page with the extended questions on it, which hadn't included the information I had spent time putting in on the previous page, so a little frustrating having to enter it twice. I am sure it was user error!

Excellent review site, relevant questions that others can learn from, simple interactive platform, easy to leave a review and excellent communications. A vital review site that helps inform others in this crucial industry. Thanks

Eastman Solicitors & Notary (Sajeev Kooran) — Extremely Unprofessional and Disappointing

I would strongly advise anyone to stay far away from Eastman Solicitors & Notary, and specifically Sajeev Kooran.
Their handling of my case was completely unacceptable.

Due to their incompetence, lack of communication, and negligence, I was forced to change solicitors partway through the process and start everything again — causing huge delays, extra stress, and financial loss.
Despite not delivering any real service, they still charged me £390 and, unbelievably, demanded that I pay further just to retrieve my own original documents.

Their attitude throughout was careless, unprofessional, and dismissive.
There was no sense of urgency, no accountability, and no respect for the situation they left me in.

This firm’s behaviour is disgraceful, and in my opinion, they should not be trusted with any legal matters.
Save yourself the stress, time, and money — go elsewhere.
