I wanted a wart removed and found this clinic called revitalise on line. I showed an interest and the clinic called me straight away. The man I spoke to was really really helpful and explained the whole process. I eventually went to the clinic and the staff and Dr were just amazing, I got my warts removed the same day with a guarantee that it should never come back.

I was in sever pain for 1 week with a plonodial sys absolutely hell of a pain. The sys was between my bottom cheeks near the sensitive part I called in for an emergency appointment they took me in straight away the receptionist and staff made me feel extremely welcome and comfortable.
The procedure was quick and doctor Ken was amazing. Came back for a follow up and again just to make sure doctor Ken cleaned up the area. I hope I don't need to but if I ever have any issues that Revitalise can sort I will be 100% sure to come straight here. I walked in on my hands and knees and walked out dancing literally. Thank you everyone you was amazing

Great service, attended quickly and great aftercare

I was extremely disappointed with the whole experience. The initial 'consultation' entailed being asked questions that I'd already answered. The Doctor did not even look at my lesion. he then selected a £500 treatment (Upgraded from the initial £150 Cyro) without discussing it with me. When I insisted on the Cyro treatment I met reluctance and resistance. The doctor then simply sprayed the cyro foam directly onto the lesion without explaining what he was doing or giving any follow up advice until I insisted. I got really angry (I felt I was being railroaded) and was taken back into the treatment room where he apologized and agreed that:
1. The different treatments and costs should have been discussed
2. He should have explained what he was going to do.
3. He should have explained what would likely happen after the treatment.
The cyro treatment is two short blasts of foam which take less than a few seconds each. The fact that there was no real consultation, no follow up advice - the £150 I paid for this short treatment is shocking.(They actually tried to charge me £200 because it was on my lip) By the way it didn't work. No blister formed and there was no reduction at all of the lesion. I ended up buying a £12.99 Cyro spray from Amazon and it has effectively treated my problem which has now gone.. Thank you Revitilse for wasting my £150 and trying to charge £500! Please avoid this company as it seems to exist only to take as much money from each patient as possible (Read the other negative reviews for very similar experiences)

Staff were very supportive. And very polite and were able to answer all my queries. Defo would recommend. Dr made sure I was in no pain during the procedure.

My experience with the team was exceptional. Every team member was very patient with me all through my recovery phase. Dr. Ken is an absolute wonder! Every single member of the team showed genuine interest in my care and total wellbeing, with constant reassurance that I will fine.

Today I had a wonderful facial treatment at the Stratford newly opened location. I felt really comfortable, welcomed and relaxed, the place is very clean, quiet and well organized. All my appreciation to Ash, who does her job with passion and joy, she paid attention to me and gave me good advice on how to care for my skin. Definitely recommend this salon, they offer a lot of cosmetic/esthetic treatments.

I visited Revitalise clinic for a cyst removal. I must admit I received the best service I could ask for. The stuff are friendly and helpful. The procedure went smoothly. Excellent surgeon! Great teamwork. The service is second to none. I highly recommend Revitalise!!

The team was wonderful. The qualified clinician explained the whole procedure to us in detail, and prompted us with appropriate aftercare. They performed the procedure at our pace and was happy reexplaining anything that we were unsure of. The whole team was very welcoming when we arrived and departed. Great experience and reasonable pricing.

This is a total sham clinic. Firstly, the treatment I paid for did not work, despite being assured it would. Then, when I requested a refund, I was told I could have one. I followed up with the clinic who told me this was actually subject to management approval which would take 28 business days. I followed up after 28 BDs (having heard nothing) and was told I’d have to wait even longer. I’ve still had no substantive response. Finally, the clinic is constantly moving locations. One of my appointments was at a dodgy office in north London, with no doorbell, and I was seen and treated in the staff room; a staff member came in to get something from the fridge half way through the appointment. Do not use this clinic!

Terrible experience - AVOID this “Clinic” at all costs.

I decided to visit this clinic despite doing some research and reading a lot of mixed reviews. I am now £95 lighter and incredibly frustrated.

Revitalise is based at Harley Street and as someone who has been to many clinics based there, this is not the standard that Harley Street provides.

My experience was strange from start to finish. My partner called on my behalf to book me an appointment and when asked about the price range, he was told “From £160-£190” for my treatment. You can imagine my shock when I was quoted £495!!

When the doctor inspected my treatment area (A private area) he called a guy in and did not ask for my consent to see if I was okay with someone being present, nor did I get an explanation as to who the man was. I also want to add, this gentleman was wearing no clinical scrubs when shadowing the inspection - a major breach of hygiene standards - not something you would expect from a medical clinic especially one based at Harley Street!

My doctor was in and out of my room as he was speaking to another patient at the same time - my consultation did not feel bespoke for a fee of £96 and it felt very rushed.

I’d also like to add that my doctor placed my medical history on a seat at reception face up with all my clinical notes in plain sight - this is massive breach of GDPR regulations.

Do not go here if you want high end service - this clinic is based around ripping people off

Dr. Ken is an amazing Doctor and a wonderful person.
Staff were very nice and kind.
In the end, I'm glad I chose this clinic from many options.
Everything was fine and excellent.

D.ken is professional he knows what he is doing, the stuff so so patient and respectful, even when I’m in stress the were so patient and nice , Viktoriia is such a wonderful person she answered all my questions with a big heart, the nurse who removed my stitches she is so kind and respectful person and given my instructions perfectly, 👍 at all it’s great experience with professionals.
