Revolve owe me £906. I returned a large order 3 weeks ago and they will not refund my money. When I called their customer service, I was told by a rep that they had received my return but they were working through a big backlog and I would receive my money within days. I called a week later to follow up and was told by a different rep that they had not received my return at all. I got two conflicting stories from this company. They then sent me an email full of inappropriate love hearts, smiles and kisses which stated that my return is no where to be found. I've lost almost £1k from this company and I fear I will never see that money again. My only option is to open a fraud case with Amex. Please do not buy anything from this company. It's too risky.

I ordered $750 of clothes which first was attempted to be delivered 6/13. I was home and heard the knock but thought someone was just dropping something off so I didn't answer the door. Then I realized I needed a signature even though I had waved the need for signature because it's too hard to coordinate as I'm often at work. So UPS came Fri, I was at work. I called revolve and asked if they could remove the signature needed or deliver it to my work. They said they could easily change it to be delivered to my work, where it could be signed for as they were not able to remove the signature needed (even though I live in a safe locked apartment building). It was set to arrive 6/17. My package has never arrived and tomorrow it will be 2 weeks from initial attempt. It's incredibly annoying, and at this point, I guess I'll just let them know they can ship it back to them as it seems I'll never receive the clothes. Bummer! The customer service ladies that helped me were very friendly, but their logistics and refusal to remove a signature being needed to drop them is inexcusable.

Je n’ai jamais reçu mon colis pour un montant de 1107€ et le service client ne veut pas me rembourser depuis 1 mois j’attends et ils se moquent de moi en me sortant tous les 2 jours une excuse différente !
J’ai dû porter plainte à la gendarmerie pour escroquerie. et j’ai dû engager des poursuites avec l’aide de ma Protection Juridique.
Attention, il vous demande de clôturer votre litige PayPal et ne vous rembourse pas !!!!

I find this company philosophy quite disappointing. They have a huge marketing strategy with influencers, cute designs, etc. But the pictures of the models with the pieces on are probably photoshopped to make the fitting look even better than it actually is. What it's even more upsetting is that clothes are extremely overprized. Most of them are made in China out of cheap synthetic materials such as polyester. If you are buying clothes as expensive as some designer ones would be, the least you can expect is awesome quality. Moreover, if you live outside the US returns can be quite a nightmare, so you'd better know your exact size and fitting according to your body type. FYI, I am from Europe.

UNALLOWABLE!! BIG SCAM, site to FLEE!!! I returned items they do not refund impossible to have someone in after-sales service, I do not recommend it to EVERYONE 😡😡😡

Lunettes commandées reçues rapidement et conformes à la description mais renvoyées car ne convenaient pas. Aucune nouvelle de la bonne réception de l'article par Revolve une semaine après la notification de la poste m'indiquant que le colis avait été reçu. J'ai contacté le service client qui m'a indiqué avoir bien reçu l'article et a procédé au remboursement. Je me demande toutefois ce qu'il se serait passé si je n'avais pas contacté le service client...

Quality is absolutely terrible for the prices. Cheap, thin fabric and very badly made with badly sewn in zip.
Cancelled my other orders and this one is being returned tomorrow!

J'ai commandé 3 petites robes à 300€ l'une. En les recevant j'ai cru que c'était une blague. Qualité affreuse, polyester, article chinois. Immettable. Puis j'ai commandé une robe à 740€. Elle est jolie mais la robe est arrivé avec la fermeture éclair ouverte et en boulle dans un plastique... On dirait qu'elle a déjà était porté... Sinon la livraison est rapide et le service client répond rapidement.

Commandé déjà 3x sur le site, délais de livraison super rapide, il y a tjrs un quoik avec FedEx qui ne trouve jamais mon adresse et de ce fait par leur faute, un retard de livraison.
Mais revolve n'y est pour rien.
Vêtements de qualité, de tous les prix et tous événement à une soirée guindé en passant par une journée à la plage, ou juste un koktail :)
J'adore le site et je compte continuer à acheter ☺️☺️

I didn't get my Parcel yet paid on June 2nd No calls No Msgs from them. I stay in Blore why are they not sending all bogus they can send over seas but not within their own country what a joke 🤣

Service client au top ! Commande reçu mais avec une livraison assez difficile à cause de FedEx mais revolve m’as bien aidé et m’as offerte une remise pour le dédommagement! Je recommande ce site avec l’un des meilleurs services client ! Satisfaite

So far I was happy with my purchases. But the last one (300 eur dress) was very disappointing..the dress looked so cheap compare to the price I pay!
What’s happening with wih the quality of products on this site?
I will try for a last time another purchase to see if it was an accident or a real decline of the quality

2 commandes réalisées et 2 belles surprises ! La qualité est au rendez-vous ! Les coupes sont top ! Les délais de livraison ou de réapprovisionnement sont très longs mais ça vaut la peine d’attendre. Prix relativement élevés mais justifiés au vu des produits. Je recommande fortement !
