We recently had the pleasure of working with Antony for a couple of property surveys and we couldn't be more satisfied with the service he provided.
From the outset he demonstrated exceptional professionalism and expertise, were thorough in their inspection & ensured every detail was meticulously examined. The report was comprehensive, clear, and easy to understand, highlighting both the strengths and potential issues of the property.
Communication was excellent throughout the process. Antony was always available to answer any questions I had and provided valuable insights that helped me make informed decisions.

House Survery with no fuss and worry
The price for survery is legitimate. No delays and done on time. I have done level 2 survery. Very well presented report with lots of photos with the report as a reference. I really liked the work and appreciate the professionalism with the whole project. Highly recommend. It is good price with great work and good people. Nothing to worry. Definitely recommend to everyone.

Knowledgable and professional
Antony was great when helping us as part of our move. Engaged with us really early and professionally. He arranged and carried our survey really quickly.
He was able to convey what can be quite a lot information into a concise summary which helped steer us toward making a an informed decision. I would 100% use him again if I was to move again.

Would 100% recommend
As first time buyers we’ve found, at times, the house buying process a little overwhelming, however Antony has been amazing. All emails and phone calls were responded to promptly and nothing seemed too much trouble. His report was very thorough and easy to understand, and we hugely appreciated the follow up call following the survey to discuss the report. We would recommend RFC Surveying Ltd and will definitely use them for any future surveys. Thank you Antony.

Very happy with the service.
The price was competitive with other quotes I received.
I was called on the inspection day to summarise what was found, and then the report was followed in a good time. The report was detailed (Level 2) and clear, giving me an informed view of what I am purchasing.

Antony was very professional when I spoke to him on the phone about surveying a property for us,he gave us good advice on the level of survey that was needed for the age of the property. On the day of the Survey he gave us call and talked us through it Sent the survey to us via email Within a few days. We would highly recommend this company.

Brilliant communication
The process was explained from start to finish. I had a phone call to go through the findings straight after the survey before I got the report. The report arrived promptly and I was given time to read it and then was contacted incase I had any further questions. Communication was spot on.
