Excellent service and experience from the initial enquiry call. Anthony's assistant Jo was very friendly and efficient in arranging the survey for me quickly for a date that was convenient, and my report was returned within a week. I was pleased and impressed with the level of detail and advice/suggestions offered in Anthony's Level 2 survey report. It surpassed my expectations, and was better than a Level 3 survey I paid for a few years ago with another company. Anthony replied to clarify some questions I had from the report by email and offered a phone call if I needed further support. Having never bought a house or needing to instruct a surveyor it was unchartered water for us. However Antony and his team were brilliant at understanding our needs and even recommending the level of survey needed based on the property age.
