This is the second recent purchase from Richard Paul. I ordered a 'new' dinner suit in December which arrived the next day. The quality was better than that which I would have purchased from new. Wednesday I purchased an ex hire 'masonic suit' which arrived Thursday. The jacket was ex hire but of formidable quality, the striped trousers I think were brand new. The jacket was pure wool and immaculately tailored. I had researched a new suit and can confirm that a new suit of equal quality, material and tailoring would have cost me £350+ and this was almost a third of the price. Excellent customer service and good communication. The only little nag that I have is that the trousers were supposed to be ordered at checkout but I couldn't find anywhere to do that. I did email though and the response was very quick. I will certainly be using this great company again.

So very easy to browse their products…
So very easy to browse their products and make my purchase. I thought I may be unable to get my ex-hire Tuxedo/trousers in time for an event in 4 days time but the items arrived the very next day.
The only gripe I have (and it's a small one but enough to stop a 5 star review is it would have been nice if the small hire stickers could be removed before despatch. Other than that, I am a very happy customer of theirs.

Comfortable Coat
A friend recommended your company and I was not disappointed. Ordering was so easy and delivery was within 24 hours. The overcoat itself is so well tailored,a perfect fit and I purchased it just in time for the cold weather.It kept me so warm that I did not really want to take it off. The first suit we ordered was the wrong size. Perhaps their system had a funny turn. But we phoned immediately and sent it back.
The correct suit arrived in no time, excellent service.
The quality is top quality. You'd never know it was an ex hire suit.
